If i could give 0 stars i would without a second thought. My acxount has 4 lines on it. I have had this account for almost a decade. It had been on autopay for almost the same amount of time the account has been in service. It is paid on time, drafted right from my account every month on the same date. There is always money in the account. They took thier payment out if my account on time and successfully on the due date. 3 weeks later they suspended my entire account for non payment. When I go to the store they pull up my account and say I didn't make a payment ... i show them where the payment was made and taken and they refuse to help me. ... then bam out of nowhere when I leave the store to call customer service they do a return for half my bill they already took 3 weeks ago to my account..... and customer service is no help. Cannot tell me where my money went. They see it was taken but do not know where it went and wants me to pay again... are you flipping...

I got there at around 5:30 and Tania quickly greeted me with a warming welcoming as she was helping another customer. She was proficient at multitasking and very attentive. The computers ended up shutting down as she was going to finish setting me up! She remained calm, found solutions to check out customers, and was very very patient.
