If you’re thinking about coming here…. DON’T!!!!! I myself am a server at a Mexican restaurant so I understand the stress of parties and lots of people asking you for stuff. Manager Marcos… worthless. I mean honestly. Sat in the front doing absolutely nothing while servers were trying to keep up with their tables. There was a large number of us, I understand that, but there’s no need to be rude to anyone about anything, especially if we’re asking for missing food while everyone is eating. We had asked for our missing flour tortillas when everyone was eating, and I swear it took 15 minutes for someone to bring it out. When they brought them out, the manager Marcos slammed them on our table and walked away…. like first off super rude… I have no idea who asked for them. If he treats paying customers like this I can only imagine how he treats his workers. Food had no flavor at all… at all! If you want to be ignored, treated less, and not get any bearable service then by all means, come here!

Loved the place The design of the place gives you a unique experience The only problem is the waitresses speak a little bit of English but it's all right The food was amazing And the lemonade was beyond special I never had lemonade like that before I recommend everybody to give it a try but I wish if they have someone speak more English other than that this place is one of the best places I've ever been (update) Now they have English speakers employees, my third visit to that place and still great someone had their birthday there and it was unique to watch the instruments and the music was amazing

I went with my family for dinner we were all exited to try out this restaurant, the chip and salsa came so fast but the wait for the food was so long. The food was disappointing and flavorless when my wife was eating her molcajete on the rice she found a roach! How nasty this place is for roaches to be even on the rice and what gets me mad is that my 1 year old was eating. Absolutely disappointed don’t recommend at all we were seating at table 15 and our waitress was Luci and they still charge us full price for something that we didn’t eat!

This place was absolutely disgusting! The waitresses were very kind (and the only reason for the one star, otherwise I would give 0 stars if possible), but the food was horrible. I knew something would likely go wrong when after my family and I were seated, we saw a roach crawl across the floor. Another family who had just sat down to be served after we arrived and ordered, actually spotted the roach first and decided to leave. Smart Move! My family and I should have followed them out the door too. In addition to the creepy crawlers, there was also trash on the floor and the restroom reeked of urine as if it hadn’t been cleaned all day. I ordered a quesadilla, which surprisingly wasn’t on the menu, but I was told that they could make it for me anyway. Steak, shrimp and cheese was all I wanted…simple, right? My food came out and after tasting the tortilla my quesadilla came in, it was obvious it was cooked on top of an old greased surface. The cheese was VERY THICK and NOT MELTED. The rice tasted days old and the refried beans…no ma’am! To salvage what I could, I decided to just scrape the shrimp and chopped up pieces of greasy steak off of the tortilla and cheese and eat just that instead. Once our waitress came back to check on us, I let her know that my food was not good and that I was not satisfied as a customer. I definitely didn’t want it to be replaced with anything from the menu because I was afraid that I might end up with something even worse. The waitress alerted the manager about my complaint but she stated that since I did eat more than half of the steak and shrimp that there was nothing he could do ( let’s not forget though that the entire greasy tortilla wrap is still on my plate along with the rice and beans it came with on the side. I wasn’t looking for a free meal (even though the $14 bucks I paid was an absolute waste), but at the very least, decent customer service. The manager didn’t even bother to come over to our table to address my concern himself. Very disappointing, especially since I saw him mingling with other guest and staff and setting up for a large party who had just arrived in the middle of the restaurant. I prayed that this place wouldn’t make me sick, yet here I am with an upset stomach. PLEASE DON’T EAT HERE! Great waitresses but filthy establishment and...

ZERO STARS.

Honestly, the worst place I've ever been. These people SCAM at every angle. From zero alcohol in margaritas, to purposely not putting something w/ your food, then charging you extra when you ask about it, to saying they 'don't give change' when you pay.

The whole reason we even went here was bc they supposedly had a seafood cocktail w/ octopus. My husband orders it & receives something so nasty & w/ zero octopus. The guy brings him a small plate w/ some nasty rubbery stuff they called octopus & then even charges him for the octopus! It was supposed to come in the cocktail! I was in shock.

Same scam w/ mine & my son's fajitas burritos. The menu specifically says drizzled w/ cheese.. they had zero cheese. So when I told the server, he brings a cup of NASTY queso to pour over it & it was so salty & gross, it was inedible. It even tasted different than the queso we had w/ chips.. I wouldn't be surprised if had did something nasty to it. & Then, charges us for an extra cup of queso!

My Mom & I both got a frozen margarita & already knew there was no alcohol.. the bottom liquid of a frozen margarita should have at least a hint of alcohol taste & a huge $20 jumbo margarita should at least make ya feel a bit of something.. it was pure ice & juice. Just to be sure, we both tested out blood alcohol levels w/ a tester & sure enough, zero.. what a scam!

& When I flagged down our server to tell him there's no alcohol in them, he just looked at me in shock & disgust that they were caught & just said "There's no alcohol?! There's no alcohol?!".. & the weird confrontation was making the rest of my table uncomfortable so I just said "No.. there's not.. but whatever." & turned away from him. I was shaking bc I was so mad at this point for the nasty food, no service & blatant scamming.

They also skipped my son's order completely, & by the time he got his food, everyone else was done. They never apologized or took anything off the bill.

They NEVER came for refills for anyone, not even once.

Also, the food is obviously made w/ zero love or care. Everything was so bland, dry, cold, or so salty it was inedible. This was such a waste of $300.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I just want others to be warned about this place so they can spend their money for actual good food,...

First off, salsa and chips were great! (That’s the only reason they even got a star). But the previous poster was correct in that if you don’t speak Spanish, you’re screwed.

  1. Hubby ordered carne asada tacos, waitress asked if he wanted 4,5 or 6 when it clearly said on the menu that they only come in 4 with only one meat option.
  2. I ordered strawberry daiquiri, 5 minutes later, another person asked what I ordered (I guess to verify?) and I was given a milkshake like drink with whipped cream and 2 cherries on top. I definitely could NOT taste any rum whatsoever!
  3. Hubby ordered a 20oz beer, it was definitely just 16oz (we’ve eaten at enough places to know the sizes).
  4. I ordered another drink, just to give them another try. I ordered mango margarita this time. It was sweet as hell and no tequila. I could taste diabetes going down my throat. Needless to say, I did not finish the drink.

Overall, food was okay. Their drinks are terrible, unless you just want a sweet drink without alcohol in it. The pico de Gallo I ordered we think was quite old and was covered with jalapeños, we suspect to cover up the oldness of it. I would not go back to this place again and to those thinking about going here, DON’T...
