Bamboo Hibachi & Wings — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

I am a vary disappointed customer. At 6:52 I made an order for some food and waited for it to be delivered not even 5 mins away at 7:43pm I finally get a call me thinking they where pulling up. They ended up saying that they would not deliver the food. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with this place I probably will not order from them again. I will definitely not promote them to anyone. If i could give a lower rating i would.12/25/2020. Its Christmas so im going to try to be nice and give a last chance ended up ordering from them a 3rd time to give them the benefit of the doubt, and there the only one who was not closed but at 10:04 i called; Placed my order of 2 sets of spring rolls a large veggie noodles no veggies and sweet buns the order went through and was delivered around 30mins everything was correct with the order except they for got soy sauce before I could ask the driver for some he had left; so i called the store and asked about it. So I don't eat meat or fish, I order cheese wontons, no indication that it was actually crab ragoon or it contained any fish, just that it was cheese. I asked if there was crab in it after I took a bite, then the owners said there is imitation crab, but it's not real crab it's a flavoring, I pulled out some of the fish and showed it to them..they said it's not real crab..my friend was trying to explain with me that I did not want anything with fish in, just cheese. They wanted to explain how they can't use the same name as a Chinese restaurant(crab ragoon) when we asked for a refund they became upset, said I've been in here before, and that my friend has come in there. It doesn't matter if I've been in there. I only ordered fries! My friend never been there before. Rudely they gave me my refund, but we definitely don't feel like we should come back. Just so the owners know, IMITATION CRAB IS FISH, NOT A FLAVORING. Not carrots or celery that you all...

We recently ordered fried chicken from this restaurant and were concerned to find that it was served in a foam takeout container. The chicken was extremely hot and had clearly caused part of the foam container to melt. This is a serious food safety issue, as high temperatures can cause foam containers to release harmful chemicals that may stick to the food.

We hope the restaurant will consider switching to safer, heat-resistant packaging—especially for hot items like fried chicken. The food itself was tasty, but proper packaging is essential to protect customers’ health. We’re sharing this feedback in the spirit of improvement and...
