I did not have a positive experience with Melissa as a property manager. If you are looking for an excellent housekeeper, then this company is for you. She lacked knowledge of the Airbnb market and was unable to provide guidance when I asked for support in improving guest reviews or managing the property effectively. For example, when I received a 4-star review, she had no meaningful suggestions for improvement. I independently created an auto response within the Airbnb app to mitigate any further negative reviews. On another occasion, her husband had promised to visit the property to address a leaky faucet that occurred during the time a guest was checked into the property. Needless to say, he never stopped by as promised because I was told that he needed to get his sleep because he had to work — completely unacceptable for a property manager. Our relationship ended abruptly when she learned we were selling the property and didn’t use her as our realtor. Without notice or permission, she entered the property to remove her belongings and then followed up with an email. Her conduct was unprofessional and disappointing.
