Subway — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

Depending on which employee you get, determines my rating. But I'm getting real sick & tired of dealing with this one little girl attitude. Her name is rubbing off her name tag, but there's definitely a heart right beside her name & she has light brown hair up in a messy bun. She is always frowned up, never greets the customers, never makes eye contact, never smiles, never friendly, she's just never pleasant to deal with. I hate for her to make my sandwiches. Like who hurt her for the rest of her life??? The other girl in my pictures, who wears her hat backwards & has all the pins on her hat, she's great- she smiles, she's friendly, she greets us, I love when she makes my sandwiches. Give her a raise please. The one with the attitude- if she don't like or appreciate her job, she doesn't need to be there. Point blank period. She's bad for business. I hate walking in Subway & seeing her- I be praying she doesn't end up making my sandwiches. And I wouldn't mind driving to Subway on North St but they never have a good...

Well now! I went in today to get a sandwich because I wanted to eat light. There were a couple of people in there. No one was behind the counter. That was cool, because I was not sure of what I wanted to order yet. So, I took a minute or two to make my decision. Tuna was the special of the day, so I decided on that. No one ever came out to greet me. So, I range the bell on the counter. No one. I range the bell again. Still no one. I only have 30 minutes for lunch. I began to think maybe this was an experimental subway where you maybe made your own sandwich, but there was no way behind the counter except for climbing over the vegetables. What could I do? There was nothing left to do but leave. I went over to Chick-fil-A where service is EXTRAORDINARY! I guess the owner of this store has made so much money that he doesn't need my measly $6.50. I've never had a problem with this location before, but tonight the service was absolutely horrible! Someone started making my sandwich, and then started someone else's salad, which is fine but she didn't touch my sandwich again until his salad was completely boxed and bagged. The guy even commented on why she had stopped making mine. Then when I got to the counter, neither me nor the other gentleman knew what to do since both of our bags were up there, and she looks at me and says "I guess I'll check you out first". So ever I give her the money, she gives me my change and just walked away... the man beside me still waiting said "she didn't even give you your sandwich?" I said "no, I guess we're done here." Reached over the counter to grab my food and left. I'm not sure I'll be coming back to this...
