T Sandwiches — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

My husband and I have went here for years, but won’t be returning. Let’s start off with multiple times I’ve watched the owner T touch food bare handed without washing his hands prior. He will answer the phone, take payments, take orders then just go right back to whatever he is making. He is not following proper sanitation procedures! 2 his attitude has become atrocious. It’s like you’re a nuisance by simply ordering food, he should learn to be appreciative of the customers he does get. He’s rude on the phone, never says you’re welcome. I walked in yesterday and waited a while and he goes “Yea?!” With an attitude smh. Should be ashamed of himself treating customers that way. Yesterday was the last straw for me. I always order several orders of summer rolls that come with a peanut sauce for my family. The sauce was either soured from being stored at the wrong temperature and visibly something was wrong with it. He still sold it and placed it in my order. I noticed when I got home the issue. $33 in the trash.

I thought about calling to complain, but I knew it would do no good because he’s the type to not accept blame. This place has really went downhill! Take your money elsewhere and don’t waste...

I love this place with all my heart, the food has been my favorite since I was a child— I’ve been coming to T-sandwiches since the time the actual mall was open and filled with people. I definitely noticed a change in service, the owner T, has been quite rude for the past couple years now.. Always having major attitude problems and a look of annoyance whenever someone wants to actually eat there. I’ve caught him smoking outside the establishment many times, I don’t care if he smokes but I’ve had to go up to him outside after having waited a long time inside.. I’ve also seen him occasionally get frustrated with the VERY RARE employees he’s had before, throwing things, hitting the counters, yelling, etc. I’ll always appreciate his dedication to keeping his place and the food is amazing (chicken pho and summer rolls), but his attitude is truly disappointing and...

First time eating here. I knew Mr T's has been around for ages but I've never tried it until today. I purchase the chicken Pho. the broth itself was flavorful and warm. I added some spicy red sauce & brown sauce that came in a separate container that made it that much better. I also added bean sprouts, cilantro and lime. The dish already came with green onion and white onion on it. I applaud the way the pho was packaged for To-Go purposes. the broth, noodles and protein of choice, the toppings, the sauces, ALL packaged separately so I could add as much or as little as I wanted. overall there's a reason Mr T's has been around for decades and the food does...
