Taco Casa — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

They close at 930 arrived at 905 the cashier informed us we can not eat inside we would have to take it to go. I looked behind me there was guest about to finish their meal...she noticed and informed me she was about to kick them out because they got to go! I ordered i was overcharged for 2 extra bean burrito I ordered 2 and received 4 and ordered 2 super burrito received only 1. Then some other guest were trying to come inside the cashier ran outside and told them they needed to go to the drive thru. This experience was very unwelcomeing! I've been in the food industry for over 20 years if a guest walks in one minute before closing they are welcomed treated with respect happy that they decided to pick this establishment to spend their hard earned money at. I don't want to come off as a Karen but sad to say I'm starting to agree with Karen's!!! This has really left a bitter taste in my mouth with this experience. And to make it worse the cashier girlfriend got to stay inside while the paying guest were ushered outside unwelcomed!! I been driving all day just wanting to sit down and relax for a few while enjoying my burrito. Sorry to make this so long but as you can tell this REALLY ruffled my tail features and we will not be returning for awhile!!! And I really love taco casa it's my number fast food choice. Now sadly I must boycott that particular establishment. Yall have got...

I didn't actually order here. A friend of mine did, though, and the short version:

She went inside, placed an order, received it, and drove home. Got inside and found up over 1/2 the thongs she ordered were incorrectly done.

So I took her back there. She explained the situation, and the counter worker and manager made a new order for her.

So the situation was resolved, the new food was fine, but we are talking over an hour of total time, inconvenience, and frustration (and minor food wastage) that reasonably shouldn't have happened to begin with, really, as they were not super-busy otherwise.

My friend really likes this Taco Casa location, though, so it's not a blacklist-type deal.

Just check your order before you leave if it is to go...

I walked into the establishment and all I wanted was some nachos. The staff seemed very unenergetic and they got my order wrong because I never got my jalapeños and they should've because it wasn't even busy and couldn't have forgotten. I'm honestly quite disappointed; the least the cashier could've done was greet us but nope, we just got told what we wanted and nothing else. Talk about customer service...

I give this establishment a one star mainly from the lack of motivation coming from the staff. However, I had to give them two stars over their amazing sign in their bathrooms labeled "los boys". Really cracked me up laughing of enjoyment. Besides that, I refuse to step foot in this...
