Same Day Electric — Local services in Nampa

This is nothing against Brad. He did a great job and was friendly and courteous. Overall communication with company was excellent. We were impressed with the service. I’m giving 2 stars because we just heard back from an electric company in Caldwell and they gave us a quote for $900.00 cheaper than Same Day!!! $200 or $300 difference would’ve been understandable but $900 is a huge difference! This other company was slow in getting back to us but we figured they probably would’ve been in the same ball park as Same Day and they didn’t seem anxious for our business so we went with Same Day. Shame on us for not waiting and getting some other bids. And we shouldn’t have gone with a company out of our area who charged for travel. We feel ripped off! Our fault for not checking around more. For $900, we would’ve put up with someone slower. Needless to say we’ll be using someone else next time. Just way...

I accidentally drilled into an electrical wire whilst attempting to install a new curtain rod over my dining room door. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and very responsive. It was an attick job and was able to schedule a repair early in the morning related to the heat within 2 days, which was awesome. Brad came out to repair the electrical wire. He was very diligent and efficient with the repair. He was respectful and clean. He also went the extra mile to make sure that I installed my curtain rod without hitting any more wires, which relieved so much anxiety. Thank you Same Day for all you do! You folks...
