I went in to one of my favorite stores I always could find great things for a great price But today I felt discriminated against and stereo typed I came in to see IF I COULD return a shirt I bought my grandson last winter The cashier took the shirt and took it to some other co-worker I believe to be a store manager they whispered away from me The manager looked at the shirt as if it was dirty or something then she looked at me gave me a look (up and down) made me feel like I was trying to return stolen item The cashier returned to me and told me that the shirt was too old and I couldn't return it That was fine with me I told her I will give it to someone who might need it that I knew it was a very late return that I bought it for my grandson and it didn't fit him then I walked away No one should be treated as such everyone should be treated with respect I didn't give her any reason for her to have done what she did Bad...
Read more2 of 5 items were priced wrong, when I questioned the casher he asked another worker to verify one of the items. She when back to the end cap and came back and agreed that the price on the end cap stated the price I said, but then followed up with " the sign was wrong " and if I wanted it I would need to pay the higher price. When I asked to speak with a manager she disappeared about 5 min latter the casher said they would give me the item at the posted price. But I would need to wait while for them to printed a new tag for it. I'm sure that everyone expects to pay the advertsed/posted price, but I got the feeling that with TJ Max it was more of the consumer should know that the advertsed/posted price may not be the final price! I overheard the manager say to the salesperson: “are you sure she’ll even come back.” I did in fact purchase the item. I also purchased 450 dollars worth of merchandise, right after. You’re welcome. Perhaps next time your store can act more professional, instead of casting personal assumptions/judgements. Maybe you should hold items for less than a day, if you want to sell anything.
