Swig — Restaurant in Nampa

I love swig, and usually there is a. great customer service and workers who will fix their mistakes... well I got a drink there yesterday, it was an alpine avalanche that I asked for Carmel around the cup, add whip, add Carmel on whip. They did not do that. I went to have it remade and the female said “there’s nothing I can do about it, you’ve done this a few times” yes because they seem to more often then not forget those extras that I pay extra money for. Usually they are super sweet about fixing it but this female had a poor and rude attitude today when I brought it to her attention about my drink yesterday. I confirmed my order again today and she said “we don’t forget those things” well surprise guess what happened when I got to the window? My drink had no Carmel or whip… and I pointed it out to a new female who was working and pointed out that her co worker was extremely rude and unprofessional and my drink was yet again wrong when she just said “we don’t forget those things” but you do. They didn’t offer to remake my drink for free, for their mess up. I was charged yet again $6.45. Seriously...

I recently went to Swig and was pleasantly surprised with their customer service and wide variety of sodas and energy drinks.

The menu was easy to follow with prices clearly marked. Swig carries a wide variety of drinks not just soda with flavors that have sugar free options as well as some food items. This wide variety was a bit overwhelming at first but their customer service helped guide me on my trip.

There is usually an employee next to their menu to take your order before you get to the window so your drinks are ready when you pull forward. The guidance and suggestions I got from the employee, who helped me out, made my experience a lot more memorable.

The one downside to my experience was the lack of inside lounge access. Swig is only a drive thru, but there is an outdoor seating option. I feel like an indoor facility could make whole new experiences and opportunities for customers when...

We LOVE swig! Their drinks are yummy and we LOVE THE RICE KRISPIES! The reason we only give it 4 stars is because of the people who work there. Some of their attitudes make me want to come back! Others- make me feel stupid. We just went there tonight and the girl at the window just kept saying how much she wished she wasn’t there. Like- mood but also that makes me not want to come back. Also we were there at 7:30 pm and I asked her if I was supposed to order at the window (because normally someone is out there to take our order) and she told me they were closing soon but said it like I was stupid and should already know? They close at 9 but...
