I called about beading wire today around 10:30am. I am not sure who was working there. Or who I spoke to but it was a lady and she did not know what she was talking about. So first I asked her what size beading wire she had there and she tell me 5mm. I paused and asked her are you sure it doesn’t say 0.5mm and she seemed a little confused. So I kindly explained in simple terms how big 5mms actually is and asked her again are you sure it doesn’t say 0.5mm she then said that it was in fact 0.5mm so I said “Great!” I was so happy to hear they had the size I was looking for. So my following question was “Do you have it in a silver tone?” She replied “No” I only have it in clear. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So remaining patient with her at this point. I asked her do you have wire. It was clear at this point she was talking about elastic string. I am an avid crafter. I run my own business and I unfortunately ran out of silver tone wire and was hoping to get some sooner then my restock order would arrive. And I thought this store would be a quick solution.
