Reliably great food that is priced according. That doesn’t sound romantic, but something I enjoy in a restaurant is knowing the food will be good and not being overly charged for it, or having a layer of pretense about how awesome a place is.

I’ve eaten at very posh restaurants and been underwhelmed at the expected reverence you’re supposed to show for the privilege of them feeding you small overpriced beautifully platted food. It’s nice occasionally, but Francesca’s food IS good, prepared well and served without pretense.

It tends to be crowded and can be a little loud, but that’s all part of the experience. Service was a bit slow when we went, but they had just sat several tables at once. And this is dining, not fast food, so allow time for conversation and enjoying the evening.

Our food was delicious, hot, fresh and plated beautifully. The experience was just what we needed.

One thing I felt was out of place in an upscale Italian restaurant was two big screened TVs at the bar. I may be going against a trend, but do we have to a TV on everywhere we go? It’s distracting and out of place in a nice restaurant. That’s just me, perhaps everyone else in the world loves...

I ordered a product from this company during a Black Friday Sale. It's January 7th and I still don't have my product. Every time I have called or gone to this store, I have been told "oh well, wait to see if we get the product," and nothing else. I have contacted customer service, to no avail. The store managers have not given me any replacements nor offered a refund, both of which I specifically asked. Even with the stealing, this company is going out of business.
