I can’t say enough positive things about Audrey’s. I’ve been shopping and consigning there for probably 8 years. It’s my favorite consignment shop anywhere, and as a woman who travels and shops as much as I have, that’s saying something! The owners are very highly respected ladies who run a top-notch, customer-centered business. The large, tastefully-decorated store is an ever-changing wonderland of select, gently-worn ladies’ designer fashion, featuring everything from higher-end sportswear to show-stopping ball gowns. The collection of designer handbags and shoes from Gucci, Chanel, Prada, Louis Vuitton, etc., is unrivaled anywhere in SW Florida. I’ve recommended the store to people from as far as Tampa who went to shop there for the designer shoes! Cases of unique estate jewelry and a large room of vintage garb from decades-past completes the offerings. Whatever the occasion, you’re certain to find at Audrey’s just what you are seeking to look fabulous! I always leave the store in a great frame of mind. There’s even a little tea & coffee area up front to refresh yourself before you head out with all your special finds. I recently visited Audrey's of Naples with the intention of selling my top name designer handbags. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I couldn't help but notice how judgmental the ladies at the store seemed. They tend to follow people around closely, giving off an air of superiority and seeming to only be interested in certain people shopping here that fit their preferences.

It was clear that their focus was on selling specific items, and if what you have to offer doesn't match their criteria, they're quick to turn you away. This kind of approach is particularly disappointing when dealing with luxury items. One would expect a more welcoming and accommodating attitude, especially when it comes to potential business and being in the consignment industry.

Overall, I cannot recommend Audrey's of Naples as a place to sell your luxury handbags, or for any other purpose for that matter. The service provided by the seemingly preppy women was far from welcoming, and it felt as though they had no interest in securing my business or any at all unless you’re white collard.
