My family and I have been coming to Naples the past five years for our summer vacations. I feel like Goldilocks. The previous four places (well three places with one repeat) were good but not quite perfect. Bellasera is my perfect Naples spot! I honestly did not want to leave! We asked for a quiet room away from the restaurants and elevator and got it! A lovely condo on the 3rd floor.
The condo: We are a family of 3 and stayed in the two bedroom. Perfect size for us! Full kitchen which was great as we ate breakfast and lunch in the condo. The condo is decorated perfectly - very simple, clean, and modern with great seating (a breakfast bar, table, and living room). The beds and pillows were so comfy! I'm picky and they are good and firm. The screened in deck/balcony was heaven! I ate lunch outside every day!
The housekeeping service is on point! They had the place spotless!
The pool area is lovely! Great seating and the cabanas were so relaxing and a nice break from the sun!
The staff is awesome! From the front desk team to the shuttle drivers, everyone is so professional and kind and seems to really love sharing Naples with visitors!
The shuttle will take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius. We always walked to dinner but used to go to and from the beach. They also provide beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas!
We will be back! It was a...
Read moreLoved this hotel! We went for a quick weekend from the east coast of Florida to celebrate our anniversary. We got the Florida Residents Rate for $169 per night before resort fee and taxes. A significant savings for the off season. At check in I was also given a coupon for 20% off at the property’s restaurants. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly, from the front desk clerk to the restaurant hostesses to the bartenders to the shuttle driver. Made a dinner reservation at the in house Claw Bar for Friday night. Went upstairs to the London Club to try to grab a drink at the bar before our reservation. The hostess let us know there were some tables available if we wanted to have dinner there (same menu as The Claw Bar downstairs). There was an excellent jazz trio playing, which we really enjoyed. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. We went to The Claw Bar (the actual bar, not the restaurant portion) for a drink afterwards. The bartender (I do not remember his name) was great and there was a really fun vibe and atmosphere. The next night we utilized the courtesy shuttle for a ride to and from dinner off site. Andy, our driver, was chatty, friendly and efficient. When a copy of my receipt was emailed to me after checkout I noticed they included a 15% discount for our next visit. We...
Read moreWe have been at Belllasera a couple of times in the past but this was our first visit after some years and also the first visit after their renovation. Overall nothing really changed that much. The suites are still perfectly clean and extremely well kept. Kudos to the great housekeeping team! Noticeably the renovation was carried out a little bit awkward. You will see that they changed some of the furniture and carpets but not entirely everything and not consistently in every room. Some rooms still have parts of the old carpet or older kitchen tops.|Noticeably the rates have gone up significantly, therefore the hotel seemed empty during the week.|Unfortunately we had to switch rooms twice (therefore we had the chance to see 3 different rooms and noticing the differences in the room renovation). The first room had some really loud noise coming from the HVAC unit next to the bedroom whereas the second room was very close to the kitchen vent outlet of their restaurant. Since I am a light sleeper and we wanted to spend our afternoons on the terrace it bothered us. Staff was apologetic and helpful and finally upgraded us from a 2 to a 3 bedroom unit. Not that we needed the space (with only 2 guests) but the gesture was greatly appreciated. The final suite was flawless and we enjoyed our 7...
