We had the most horrible experience with them. Which is such a shame because we purchase an overpriced yet beautiful accent table from them with no problem. The table came to 300$ including tax. I found the same table on Amazon for 150$ so now I have two of the same exact tales. Above all else the experience was ok so we decided to purchase a dining set from them. This was in Late October. We saw on line for a cheaper price went into store they basically didn’t want to honor it, saying it was another set. So my husband proved it was the same one in showroom. We put down the 10 percent and they told us, we wouldn’t have it before Thanksgiving, but we’d have it by Dec 19. When they get in they’d call us to post the balance and they’ll schedule delivery. Well, schedule Christmas at our new home and all, called the store, they had no clue, so Christmas was out in the lanai on my bench. Because we had had no set. The store called us and said around the beginning of January they needed the remaining balance and they’d schedule delivery for the 27th of January. Unfortunately I had 3 Cousins killed up north in a car accident, I went up north on the 24th spent one day rushed back to Ave. Rushing. Get home they text and say they’ll be on the way. When they came they couldn’t speak English at all. Which is very frustrating. They had no covers for their shoes and walked on my park white tile refusing to put bags over there feet or walk with their socks. My floor has dirt tracks all over it. After they install the frame they realized the table is cracked in half. They ask for water and pull off. Leaving us with the base of a table. 20 minutes later customer service call, telling me they don’t know but they’ll see if they can get me another table. Someone calls right before store closed and said the manager will call tomorrow. Thousands of dollars spent, waited months and were just being tossed about. The next day 1-2pm no one calls. So I called the receptionist who also barely speaks English puts me through to the very annoyed non -empathetic manager Kevin I think. Who told me to hang tight he was trying to get it from elsewhere or id probably have to wait until 2 more weeks!! I said no i have funerals, spent thousands, have been given incorrect information, false expectations, even when I told him I had 3 family deaths he didn’t even say “oh I’m sorry”. Just completely over it. After ranting he said I’ll see what I can do hang tight. He called back and said I’ll have a delivery feb 4. The table gets here. Again. Nobody speaks English. Again nobody cares about the fact my floors are white. They have no booties to cover your floor. So I had to lay down 15 blankets so they could walk. Arrogant and unwilling to take my bags for their feet , they left them on the floor at my door. So today I’m washing 15 blankets after paying thousands for a table set, this place is discourteous, dishonest and doesn’t have any real consideration for its customers. When I told the rep. Read moreI'm very disappointed with there customer service. I spent over $8000 dollars here and got totally let down. Every piece of furniture I got had issues but will always come back and replace and get it done right. So I continue to refer friends and go back and purchased more furniture. So got furniture once again and of corse it had damage and had to wait for them to come again and walk all over my house with there shoes on and replace damaged item. So I never got one easy delivery. Always items had to go back. Then one coffee table that was $500 was not delivered on the time I was promised. So when they could deliver it I mentioned I am not home in Florida. I was out of state and some one will let them in to open the unit and deliver. So they drop the table. Look fine from what I can see with a camera and they left. Well I come home 4 weeks. Later. The table was just sitting in the middle living where they placed it. So I started to clean it had all this fiberglass kinda residue. So as i was cleaning I got like a little sharp feeling in one of the corners. And took a closer look and there such a microscopic chip. There almost no way to see it with our feeling it first. So I called as I always called and send a photo and explained to the customer service department that. I was not home when the table was dropped off. I was informed it was not going to be delivered as promised. And I did mention I will be out of town after one point. So I also waited 2 months plus for the table. There response was no we are not replacing it.
So conclusion. It is not coincidence that every item I received was defective, it is not coincidence that my $4400 couch the leather is changing color and it's not even 2 years old and I don't live at that residence full time. So. I'm am a developer and licensed realtor. This will cost them dearly. I already refer them so many customers. Because they always took care of the defective items I was getting. But they sell junk and a high price. Will never go back they're again for none of my high end rentals or clients buying homes in Naples. And I will blast this on Social media. Consumer beware. Read moreOver 3 years ago I purchase a leather Sectional recliner manufactured by HTL international holdings Pte Ltd. From El dorado furniture store at Naples Florida. A month after a purchase it some of the sectional recliner began to sink and I called to El Dorado Furneture to find a solution, they send a technician to check the furniture and a few month letter finally they replaced the whole sectional because all the cushion were damage just a few month after I purchased it ( really bad quality). Six months later I have to call them again because the sectional was doing the same thing all the cushions were feeling like They were sinking and was very uncomfortable to sit down. They sent another technician after a couple month and they replace the whole sectional again. After a year El dorado furniture wasn’t responsable for any damage and I have to go though the smart choice insurance that I purchase the day I bought this sectional, I made a claim with the (smart choice insurance)and in a year and a half later after I made a claim they sent a technician and the technician said that I have to go through the manufacture in order for doing something with this furniture because the insurance don’t cover all the Cushions damage and he explained to me that this furniture is made with a very poor quality. I need somebody from the manufacture or the store to help me to find a solution , I’ve been in a nightmare for the last three years since I purchased this sectional, I have not enjoyed this furniture at all because it’s been broken since the day one. I won’t recommend this sofas and the store because I had the worst experience ever with this sectional in particular.
