My wife and I had to get her Wedding band re-sized. They far exceeded our expectations of their Customer Service as well as the Quality of work they performed. They offered a new idea to us for a new look to the Wedding band, keeping all the original diamonds and structure, but with a few minor changes. Now my wift is wearing her Wedding ring proudly. Their relations with us, made us feel like we were family. They were very kind and fun to work with. I would not recommend going anywhere else personally, because not only did they complete what we originally went there for, but we left with a new look, due to their care and taking the time to listen to what we wanted, and the cost was very reasonable, Relatively the same as if we just got it sized and then returned to us. We received excellent Customer Service, Wonderful Quality in their workmanship and design, the completion time was very quick as well. We believe we now have a new Jewelry Designer and friends that we can return and count on to give us exactly what we need. We believe that they deserve 10+ Stars not just 5. Read moreI brought my engagement ring into this jeweler for a repair after losing a sapphire. I have Perfect Circle Insurance through Jewelers Mutual on the ring, so I made a claim and was instructed to drop the ring off for repair and the insurance company would pay the jeweler once the repair had been performed. I dropped the ring off and explained to Barry that I had insurance and would be going through them for the repair.
A few days later the ring was done so I went back to pick it up. Barry wouldn't release my ring back to me without payment, which is not how the insurance company works. I had my paperwork detailing the process and he didn't even care to look over it. He just told me they would have to hang on to the ring until they sorted it out with insurance.
I saw pamphlets behind their counter for this exact insurance company, so I was surprised and disappointed that they did not seem to understand how the claims process actually worked. I ended up paying out of pocket for the repair and will now have to see if my insurance company will reimburse me. I was disappointed in the whole process and despite the great work they did on the repair, I will not be using this jeweler...
Read moreI came in to sell numerous pieces of jewelry. This was my first stop. I didn’t realize they only buy the gold and not any stones that maybe hold diamonds or any kind of stone. He offered to remove the stones for the gold, otherwise he just includes the weight with the stones and its gold prices. I would never remove stones but was curious how much the gold cost. He was knowledgeable about what I had, except another jeweler paid double for the gold on my named jewelry Tiffany Cartier and they paid on the stones I have as well. I was told here - gold costs the same with or without a brand name. I’m glad the suggestion was made to get alternate pricing instead of just selling the gold. Thank you again for your help!
