Latin Family Bakery — Restaurant in Florida

It been a long time since we didn’t order from this restaurant and surely we won’t be ordering from them in the future. We I called to place my order this giy was rushing me but I tought okay meybe they are busy but when I asked him was was the total his response was “nose yo solo soy el de la cosina” (I don’t know im just from the kitchen. ) I didn’t like that but I let that slide . But when my husband picked up the order there was no utensils, NO AVOCADO (the bandeja paisa comes with avocado ALWAYS) no limes for the empanadas that we ordered and no sauce for the empanadas. So I called and asked them about the avocado and they said “oh you can come get the avocado we forgot sorry” so my husband gets out of the car and goes inside to get the avocado and they said. Oh we don’t have no more and he told them oh but my wife just called 2 minutes ago and you told her to come inside to get the avocado and the said “no we don’t have” so he said okay can i please have some limes? And they said we don’t have limes ether!! What? Plus that lady attitude wasn’t the best they should definitely said that...

Went to this place twice and never again! First time I went it was around 5pm came in ordered 4 empanadas, 4Pan de Bonos and a coffee with milk, when it came to the coffee I was given one that was order by someone else was not hot. I figured since it was evening time the pan de bonos would not be hot. On 11/17/2023 came in at 10:15 am store opens at 10 am, the pan de bonos from the First purchase I made were much better in texture, taste and warmer. How can they serve or better yet charge for something that seems to be brought elsewhere. The texture on these were awful, hard, not fresh at all and cold! ( see pictures) even 7/11 has warm pan de bonos I can’t even imagine how the food is. Are they serving leftovers? Don’t recommend...

My husband , Son & I just left this disgusting so- called restaurant! We walked in and absolutely no one acknowledged us. The so called waiter came and didn’t even know how to write what we were ordering. We finally ordered and our food was never coming. Finally, my husbands & mine came without some of the sides.
