Do NOT order from their online store if you think you might have to return your item. I visited this store in Naples, Florida. The designs are absolutely beautiful. My mom purchased a gorgeous top. At the beginning of the summer, I decided to order a black ruffle dress. However, the smallest size was extremely large on me once I received it in the mail. I sent it back and the USPS tracking said the company received the package on June 12th. It has been over three weeks, I received no confirmation from Gretchen Scott that they will process my return. I sent multiple messages through the online form and have not heard back from any customer service rep. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow in attempt to dispute the charge as it was over $180. It is such a shame because the clothes are so beautiful and the quality is superb. That said, I guess you have to be a beautiful person to be acknowledged. I shopped for about 1/2 an hour and not one member of the sales staff asked if they could help me (even when I tried on several items and asked what the red dot meant).
