The WORST NYE dinner ever! $400 WORTH AWFUL EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY! Terrible service! Staff doesn't know the difference between brut & demisec & would recommend a "real" champagne, except it's a brut again. Also, not knowledgeable about the wine listed or the type of blends they've. Waiters & bus service are awful with one the bus boy openly laughing about me not able to eat the full any of my branzino dish. Flavorless food except saganagi. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS baklava but nice limoncello parfait. The owner is nice but would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to accommodate like replace a terrible dish or send a more experienced waiter. Also, it was dripping from the ceiling on us & directly into our food. Again, nothing was done. THESE PEOPLE SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATRONS! ALL THE WANT IS YOUR MONEY BUT THEY DONT DESERVE TO HAVE YOUR BUSINESS! Spare yourself the trouble & go someplace else. Plenty of options in Naples & BY FAR A BETTER SERVICE! Left with a stomach ache which lasted for hrs due to the quality of food or stress or both. I feel that they took advantage of the NYE Holiday but completely dropped the ball. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

P.S. I'm writing as an alias for privacy purposes but you know who I'm as I shared my thoughts w the owner and all I got was "we can always improve ".. Not the best answer if you want to retain your clientele. As I said, never again & I'll do my very best that no one experiences what I did & waste $400 of their hard...

We had a decent dinner at Mediterrano. We absolutely loved the design of the restaurant, all the flowers and the overall ambiance. It is truly a beautiful restaurant that makes you feel like you are dining in Santorini. To start, we had the Greek salad, watermelon strawberry salad and octopus - all were well prepared and tasty. For main course, my wife had the lamb meatballs, which were great. However, my daughter and I ordered the branzino (which was like $50 per order) and which was terrible and very dry. When the dishes first came out, my branzino was bone dry and completely inedible. I had to send it back to be redone, which I almost never do ... but it was just that terribly prepared. The second time, it was better, but still pretty dry and without any flavor. Neither me nor my daughter finished the branzino, as it just wasn't good at all, even after being redone. Service was good and attentive. When I asked to have my branzino redone, our server was very nice about it and apologetic. So a bit of a disappointing experience with the main courses, especially for the price. Appetizers were good, but not incredible and certainly did not make up for the awful branzino. While I don't think we will be rushing back to Mediterrano, the place is really gorgeous, so I suspect we will come back eventually for the ambiance and be more careful and selective with...

This was my third visit to Mediterrano in the past 2 years and what that showed me was that this restaurant is consistantly excellent! We went on Thanksgiving for dinner but we didn't want turkey!! 😊 We were again treated to the most gracious and caring service and food that was expertly prepared by a wonderful chef. Our waiter Joel (so sorry I'm not sure of the spelling) absolutely doted on us (both snowbirds) and helped us with our order and beverage choices. We had the branzino and the pappardelle de mare with a Spanish Estrella pilsner. For dessert we had the pumpkin cheesecake and the pistachio gelato. We shared each entree and the desserts. The seafood was so fresh and so expertly prepared and presented, the whole dinner was to die for!! Actually, I loved the side of green beans so much that I could eat a whole plate of them and be perfectly happy! They were deliciously bright green and tender, not mushy or raw tasting and sauteed in olive oil and a little garlic, not overpowering at all! I'm just sorry that I didn't take any photos of the food so look at other reviews that have photos to see how beautiful their presentation is. I couldn't recommend Mediterrano any higher, it's definitely 5 stars...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mediterrano in Naples, Florida, and it was truly a five-star experience. The exquisite blend of excellent food, impeccable service, and a charming ambience made it a memorable evening. From the moment we walked in, the staff at Mediterrano were attentive and welcoming. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of excellence. Now, let's talk about the food – an absolute culinary delight! Each dish was a masterpiece, skillfully crafted with fresh ingredients that showcased the chef's expertise. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was simply stunning. The ambience at Mediterrano added another layer to the overall experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet inviting, creating the perfect setting for a special night out. Whether you're celebrating a milestone or just enjoying a sophisticated dinner, Medrano hits all the right notes. In conclusion, if you're in Naples and looking for a dining experience that exceeds expectations, Mediterrano is the place to be. Five stars all around – I can't wait to return for another exceptional meal!
