DO NOT PICK UP ITEMS IN STORE FROM THEIR WEBSITE!!!!!!
Ordered my niece's birthday present online, and opted to pick it up, as it says it was in stock. The item was a Hello Kitty headphones. Get an email shortly after saying the item had been picked and set aside by an employee. Go there a few days after, when I'm back in the area, to pick up the item and find out they pulled my little pony headphones, which look absolutely nothing like the ones I had ordered. So the lazy person that picked my item couldn't find what I had ordered, then just picked those headphones hoping I either wouldn't notice, or wouldn't care. Then the miserable lady working behind the counter, Dodie, told my girlfriend and I to go look for the item in the store. We looked all over, for over a half hour, to figure out they never had it in stock. When I returned to customer service Dodie, because she seemed to think because she didn't pick the item, that she didn't care that my niece's birthday was the next day, and I now had no present for her. She had a serious attitude problem. Though she did page the manager a few times, and being the cowards that they are, hid in the back, so they wouldn't have to deal with the problem. Well, don't worry guys, even though you're incompetent, Wal Mart bailed you out, and I just got my niece's present there. If you guys like going to a store with poor cowards for management, and disgruntled employees that show lack of respect for customers, and have absolutely no pride in their work, then this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm used to the very relaxed style target stores where things are just very casual and you can feel comfortable. This store is from what I understand, is not a typical target. It is attached to a mall and when I walked in it felt more like a Macy's meets Nordstrom meets CVS. Too clean cut and high end feeling. I go to Target for a deal, to wonder the store, and buys things I didn't know I needed. However this was impossible in this store as the entire place makes you feel like a shmuck and that you are too fat to shop there. I also placed an order online for pick up in store and was disappointed but every aspect. It let me order and pay for all of my items, to then say that 3 were not available, and then only charged me for the items in the fulfilled order. I then went to the sections to possibly find a suitable replacement, and what did I find? I found that there were at least 7 of 2/3 of the missing items on the shelf. I did not buy them separately as I felt to stressed in the store. I went to the pick up counter and they almost forgot to give me an item until I reminded them, and when I told them there were several of the items I wanted out on the shelves, she said that it's the way the computer works and shrugged. So I'm not sure if that actually prevents them from putting it in my order, which would be unlikely and...

Iāve been a loyal customer for years with target and have spent a lot of money over the years with this company. I usually go to the store on Daniel Webster Hwy but i happened to be down this way today. To give full disclosure i was wearing workout gear a messy bun and no makeup on. i am checking out and usually i do two separate orders because i buy stuff for another family member with their card. mind you iām at the self checkout at the end of my cart, i finish the first order which was 100.00 iām about to scan the second order. i have my bag on the register my purse opened on the counter and my phone on the silver platform the cashier scanner lady whatever you call it starts asking me 21 questions in front of the entire line of people (i was in the middle register) asking me why i didnāt scan stuff yet and then when i had explained what i was doing she then said āi just wanted to make sure you can find the barcodesā. yeah right lady. iāve NEVER been accused of stealing at any Target. It was a disgusting experience and absolutely out of range. i will not be shopping at this...
