I have always had a very positive experience at this vape shop and raved about it to everyone that I've walked in. There is a male here who works the evening shift who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and all of the other staff has been extremely friendly. However this evening on 8/18 there was a young brunette woman in her 20s with half of her head shaved (I'm including a description because I did not get her name) who is extremely rude to me from the second I walked into the door. I first showed her my vape and asked her for the cartridges for the vape and she gave me the wrong type of (coils for another vape style) and rang me up for them. Well I was asking her about a type of flavor for the vape she very rudely answered we have strawberry blueberry and lemonade and I had to ask three times if they were separate flavors or are all included in one because she did not want to answer the question. She made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. Because of the first mistake that she made when giving me the cartridges I asked my friend if the second type of cartridges that she brought over were the correct type for my vape and she interrupted me by saying "yeah I think I know I'm the one that works here". I will not be returning to the store if this employee is working what sucks because if it wasn't for this experience I would give a five out of five and this would be the only vape shop I would go to.

So I decided to get some more items to make it fit that price range, but then they told me that my "under $25 transaction" already went through. So then I just asked if we could return my purchased items and redo the transaction for the reward points. Instead of just doing that, they chose to say that "they can't do rewards points on returned items like that" for some arbitrary, nonsensical "policy reason" that makes no logical sense.
So guess what, you guys chose to have these ridiculous rules that waste my time and energy, exploit and abuse my patronage, well then I'm not going to give you people any more of my money from here on out. Why do you even have a $25 minimum for the reward points to begin with? What logical sense does that make? And why can't you just take the return (and the package was clearly unopened btw, and clearly fits the return policy) and apply the points then when I try to be flexible with your idiotic rules once I try to give you more money with a higher purchase?
Have fun not getting any of my money anymore. I give you money for years and now all of a sudden you decide to stab me in the back with your irrational nonsense? Then suffer the consequences. Somebody else will be getting my money now, and it's completely your fault!!! You've brought this upon yourself, and you have no one to blame...

Upon looking at my receipt I went inside and had it corrected. Really š³ the second time was like a week ago. I asked if she owed the business? And why would she give me free stuff??? Well she replied that she made a mistake and she was willing to pay close to $30 from her money??? Really!š³ why? I told her to cancel the transaction but she refused and started making excuses until I asked to speak to the manager. Well, finally she cancelled and said it would take a few days to get the money back on my account. I checked my account online and the money was there it was never even taken. So I was wondering what was the whole scam about??? She was trying for me to leave the store and then charged me with not paying for the purchase.
