I love this store... I love shopping here... worse I’ll keep coming back.. However the line/register service is terrible. It’s not even the cashiers fault. Many times I have been here while the line gets out of control and an overwhelmed cashier is left to suffer. Another employee walked over today and told the cashier to intercom for more help and then walked off without helping themselves or at least assuring the growing line- just disappeared. Then a manager comes over yells out to other employees to jump on the registers and she also walks off. Mind you without the employees actually leaving tasks to tend to the line... How can you not help your current cashier that you’ve left floundering with a return and stacked line???? Customers drop their stuff on the nearest display stand and leeeeeave.... Why isn’t there standard work for this scenario set in place? Why isn’t it executed? Please hobby lobby management stop doing this to your customers but worse shame on doing it to your staff constantly. Please treat them better than that. And staff... please stick up for yourselves to your managers your customers even see the neglect on...
Read moreLove this place! Selection for ship-to-store is great too! Their store brand yarn is THE reason I shop there. They have an excellent selection for all kinds of crafts at great prices. I’ve shopped there for buttons, fabric, scrapbook paper, floral, wall decor, party supplies, jewelry making, and hand lettering. The only con, and the reason I avoid shopping inside, is that the displays are VERY busy. I get so overwhelmed looking at all the stuff that it’s difficult to stay on track, and it takes three times as long to buy what I came for. I often leave exhausted. Last time I visited, I called my husband to help break my trance of overstimulation so I could complete my shopping list and get out of there! It sounds like I’m joking, but I’m not. They set up the store so you’ll walk in for two things and leave with fifty. You wade through rows of trinkets and decor before you get to any of the stock, not to mention the giant hallway of decor you have to walk through to get to the entrance. It’s a bit of a nightmare. I wish they could organize their store a little more...
Read moreThis store is useless. They never have the products I need. Your paper shelves have been empty since 2020. None of your employees have any idea what they're doing. I just went to the Manchester location to buy about 50 Masters Touch graphic design markers normally $6 each. But every other week you guys have the Masters Touch 50% off sale. I only buy them during sales. I was refused the sale at the front counter. They told me that markers are not included. So I called the Nashua location and spoke to a manager about the markers. He informed me that the markers are most certainly included in the sale. So now, because Hobby Lobby hires geriatric, dinosaurs that take 20 minutes to read a single line of fine print (incorrectly), I have to drive all the way to Nashua to buy something I could right here. But now I'm so angry I wonder why I would ever spend another dollar at this dump. I could buy the same markers for a fraction of the cost online and that's what I'm gonna do. Good bye, Hobby Lobby. You have been...
