Botan Market Inc — Local services in Nashville-Davidson

I’ve been to this market twice after reading a number of reviews. I found them to be accurate! The shop has an amazing inventory packed into a compact space!

The owner is helpful and is always cleaning, sweeping, restocking… He is also kind and generous, and converses personally with each shopper.

The locally made pita bread is delicious, far fresher and better tasting than the supermarket kind! And the baklava was very tasty. I’m excited to try some preserved figs I bought with goat cheese…. I like this place just for meat quality but the staff is very unprofessional to customers and they all the time ready to argue on any point which happened for me several times. Mainly the clean head shaved guy is very rude to the customers. His intention looks we should shut our mouths and only take what ever the scrap he gives us. And the way he cuts the meat is not right. Every time we need to do a double work clean cut the meat again at home. Management need to fix this guy's attitude and train him to properly cut the meat. Good market for fresh meat. I’ve been a regular customer and happy with the product.

But today I got a flat tire at their facility. My Tesla informed loss of air pressure while pulling out of their parking lot. After driving a minute I pulled over to a nearby parking lot and found a big nail stuck on my tire. It looks like that nail was put deliberately there. I hope it is accidental and was not done on purpose. I did park at the marked parking spot and not on the gravels. I would advise to keep the area clean to have better customer service...
