My goal is to help other customers avoid bad experiences like the one I had. Whenever I go to a restaurant with my family, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, I always check how busy it is before we all go in. I want to see if tables are available because I don’t like entering and then having to wait—especially with my wife and our four kids. To avoid that, I always check myself first. At this particular restaurant, there are three larger and more private tables on the right side. When I arrived, those tables were occupied, so I asked the manager when one of them would be available. He told me one table would be free soon but that there was a reservation ahead of me. I said, “Okay, what about the next table?” He replied that it would be about 20–25 minutes. I told him I couldn’t wait that long because my kids were very hungry. He then offered me a smaller table on the left and said that once one of the big tables became available, they would move us. I agreed and said I’d go get my family, who were waiting in the car. When we all entered the restaurant, the small table we were offered had already been taken by another customer. We stood there for about 5–10 minutes waiting for someone to help us. Finally, a server came and showed us to one of the larger tables—the same area I had asked about earlier. We sat down and received menus. After a few moments, another server approached and told us that the table was reserved. I explained that a server had seated us there, and she said she would check with the manager. The manager then came over and asked us to get up and leave the table. It was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They embarrassed me in front of my family, and my kids were...
Read moreI have visited that restaurant few days ago and we ordered the Royal meal which is for 4 people. We liked the food and service, however we felt the prices is a little too much for that family meal specially that it dosnt come with salad except for small portion so of Hummus. Same thing for the 7$ for lemon juice that is served in a to go cup.
We decided to give it another try after few days and ordered the Sayyed platter which is supposed to be for 2 people. I have to say that this plate is way overpriced comparing it to other good places that offer almost same amount for almost half price. The shawarma on the plate was too little and didn’t taste fresh. I wouldn’t recommend This plate and the kabob is not as good as first time. I wish if they were more cosistant. Then we ordered the black tea which was good and the baklava which was cold and too small. I think the menu prices need to be reviewed or the portions need to be better.
I would like to comment on the owner’s reply to my review: As you were doubting about the amount of the money paid. Actually our bill was over 200$ but the choices on the review options max is +100
I don’t claim that we paid that amount for one person as we were 4 and as I said that we ordered the royal plate which is already +100 in addition to the drinks and desert that was orderd. I didn’t provide any inaccurate or false info in my review. The whole point from my review is to help the place to improve. Just...

Cons Would love to come here atleast once a week, but can’t. 3rd time visiting this place, each time left with my jaw on the floor (negatively). NOT because the food wasn’t good or because service was bad, but it’s just… $$$ WAY TOO PRICEY! $$$… For example, my last visit, party of 4, nearly paid $100!
Ordered a soda, received a 12oz can, NO free refill = $2 I can literally go to walmart, which is the across the street & purchase a 2L bottle for that price. I did however see a soda fountain machine, not sure why they gave us cans. Maybe the machine was new & not set up yet or broken or something else, I don’t know.
Juice drinks $7
(solo) Wrap $11/$12. To add fries/drinks it’s $6, which is no different from if I were to purchase them separately. Aren’t combos suppose to be cheaper?
Specialty Plates, depending on the plate, it’s $19/$22/$25. NO salad or soup or drink included. Adding them can make the price sky rocket to almost $30/$35.
Bowl $16/$17, NO drink
There’s NO combo price offerings. Everything is sold separately, which just adds on to the price you have to already pay. My suggestion is to make combo offerings for ALL meal options. Wrap Combo = Wrap, Fries, & Drink Plate Combo = Plate, Soup or Salad, & drink Bowl Combo =...
