This past Saturday was small business day. I initially started to shop with Blush in BelleMeade, unbeknownst to me this boutique has closed, so I go to my other favorite boutique Elle Gray. I waited for opening, and I was their first customer on shop small business day. I spent over $500 for 5 pieces of goods.
I asked for a close hanger for my leather pants, a close hanger. I get home and no hanger. I called back to the boutique, because I also noticed on my receipt, one item didn't get the 10-15 percent off and No close hanger either for my leather pants. I was told by Susan the purple sweater wasn't part of the discount. However, the quality of material wasn't worth $99 either. Therefore, I would return to receive a store credit.
Upon arriving back to Elle Gray, the attitude of the owner, Chyna and Susan was palpable. I decided this will be my final shopping day at this boutique. Where has all the customer service gone?
