Food is awful. Menu states burger is med/well done. It hit me while eating this chewy burger that it comes in pre-cooked and they toss it in the microwave. My friend said the wings were awful. Zero chance I sample any food there ever again. They eliminated the previously stellar nachos baked with cheese to now be nachos with queso that quickly dries (aka microwave cheese whiz). Drinks? A beer is a beer anywhere, same with a mixed drink. Not a craft cocktail place. Atmosphere is average - it is a run of the mill bar for neighborhood people. Waitress was nice enough. Wish they had printed paper menus that are disposable rather than downloading the menu to phone.
As a follow up to Neighbor's response. So, you don't microwave the burger. Does it come in pre-cooked? If not, why is the only option medium/well? I am aware that most restaurants have QR codes. Doesn't change the fact it would be helpful to have paper printed menus. So, the queso is not microwaved. It does not change the fact, the quality and value of the nachos is far worse than previous. We went on a Tuesday afternoon, place was empty, we sat down, server took our drink order and explained they require to hold a card for your order, which was no big deal. I noticed my card was immediately ran. The service was ok for what it was and I thought the food was good but overpriced. With tip I spent about $70 for four beers (Bud Light) and two burgers. On Friday I checked my bank account and noticed my subtotal from Tuesday was still pending AND the total including the tip had finalized and cleared the day prior. So double the amount of my subtotal plus tip was being deducted from my available balance. I've never seen anywhere do this. I called, the person who answered said it would "fall off" in a day or two and if not just call back. Sure thing, but why are you double dipping for several days? Why are you holding my subtotal AFTER the final total has cleared? A minor issue, but should be known for those who aren't able or comfortable with bars running that much on your card at their discretion - as a requirement. They should make it clear your subtotal will remain deducted from your account for days, while your final total will have already...

The new staff today is very inexperienced and does a terrible job checking the customers itemized count. Last night I got charged for 2 buckets of beer and 4 shots. I had 1 beer. The staff said the owner doesnāt allow them to change until the next day. Very unprofessional. Seems like the owner only cares about her expenses and cogs - not the customer experience. I do not recommend this place by any means. Also, they quit taking cash. Which I find hilarious. Also, Iāve worked in the bar industry for 18 years. Our party was ready to spend over $600 in cash but thankfully for bad service and experience we closed out early and went to the Nations Bar and Grill (new spot - great experience).
