This morning (January 31) at 4:31 a.m. I ordered at this location via drive-thru. There was a mis-communication with my order. No big deal, we got it fixed via intercom system (so I thought). I get to the window and I realized I forgot to say no whip cream. I knocked on the window and was greeted by an African American woman and she tells me it’s not a problem (as she hadn’t finished the drink yet). She stops making my drink to take care of my food (presumed). The manager a white woman continued making my drink. The manager comes to the window to hand me my drink, however it’s a grande and not a venti. I tell her that I think and pretty sure I order a venti. She repeatedly tells me I did not order a venti. Finally she turns around to fix my drink and while walking back she mumbling under her breathe, shaking her head and forcibly grabbing a venti cub. I hear her tell the African American woman that “he said he ordered a venti”. The African American states “oh that is my fault”. The African American brings be my food and drink and I asked her to explain my drink in a little further detail due to the misunderstanding at the speaker. She explains it well and with no issues. I asked to speak with the other woman (I didn’t know she was a manager at the time) in which I hear her state “I don’t want to talk to him” then proceeds to come to the window. I thanked the African American for her patience and time for explaining the drink in further detail. To the manager, I said “I understand that you think it’s my fault with the grande/venti mishap, but I didn’t need the attitude” the managers responsed “ok”. I respond “I hope you have a blessed day” and drove away. At 5:07 a.m. I called the store in order to get the woman’s name. I asked who I was speaking with and she told me a name but I didn’t hear it. I asked to speak with a manager and she said speaking. I asked if there was only two people working, including herself. She said yes. I asked if she was the African American or the white woman. She said I’m the woman that made your drink (or something of that nature). I asked for her name and she refused. I said that is not how this works, if I ask for your name, your supposed to give it to me. She stated she didn’t feel comfortable since I was demanding her name (in which no shape or form did I physically demand her name). She also stated that they apologized and sent me on my way. I stated no ma’am you did not apologize, with a response given saying that her employee apologized (honestly I don’t think neither one of them did, and if the African American did, then I don’t remember). After multiple refusals again I stated I hope you have a blessed day. Ultimately she is trying to cover her own butt and not be held responsible for her actions this morning. On Sunday October 27, 2024, I visited Starbucks, only because McDonald's had botched my breakfast order. I walked inside and there was only one patron. I explained to the young lady what had just happened to me at McDonald's right down the street from Starbucks.

However, after placing my order, customer service went from 10 -0 very fast. The young lady acted like she couldn't hear me, but another worker behind her repeated my order to her. Then I kindly asked the Cashier if she was new. She didn't respond, but I heard one of the women say "Are you new" then the chuckling started.

When my order was up, the Cashier called my name and threw my sandwich bag on the counter. This behavior was unsettling to me and I asked for their names. My CHK 733454 10/27/2024 07:39 AM XXX0522. Drawer: 1 Reg: 1

Upon leaving, in unison I heard a condescending "Have a Nice Day." I didn't even acknowledge the lack of sincerity; which is out of character for me.

I hope no other Customer has to endure the lack of compassion I received on...

Hello, I live right by this Starbucks and never had any complaints until today! I was in the drive thru line and I pulled up to the menu/speaker. I had my A/C on high and I thought I had heard a barista say something so I calmly said Hello a couple of times and then someone politely responded and said please hold. Then I rolled up to the window and the barista was extremely rude. She didn't even bother to say hello. She just copped an attitude on how I was "screaming" hello and I don't need to every to do that. I completely understand where she would be coming from if that was the case but it wasn't. 1, I didn't scream hello and 2, it was misunderstanding that she didn't even bother to ask about. I didn't appreciate this customer service and it rubbed me the wrong way where I probably won't even come back to this location even though I can walk there.

Overall, I had a poor customer service experience and there were better atlernatives to handle the situation. I don't like being wrongful accused of any...

As a partner from another store I was very disappointed. When we arrived in the drive thru to get our mobile order, we got yelled at at the window for not waiting long enough/ not giving them time despite the fact that it took us over 10 mins to get from the time of placement to the window and the estimated time was 4-7 minutes. I hope the girl on the payment position in the window has a lovely day and gets lots of great things, but for the girl on the order taking position yelling at the other poor young girl telling her to yell at us, I genuinely hope the opposite. We were told to pull forward and once we finally got our drinks, they were made wrong and not filled all the way. I understand better than most the stress of working at Starbucks as a partner, but the treatment and quality of beverages did not meet the expectations of the green apron experience.

I have to say, the customer service here is truly excellent — friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I love a good cup and don't mind spending a bit more for quality, but when I pay $8 for a coffee, I expect a full cup — not one that's barely halfway filled. It honestly made me feel a little ripped off, and a bit sad. Coffee is such a comfort for me, and receiving a half-filled cup at that price was frustrating. I hope this was just a one-off mistake, because with customer service that good, I'd love to come back — but only if the drink matches the price next time.

As a partner from another store I was very disappointed. I have to say, the customer service here is truly excellent — friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
