It was Mother’s Day, I had an appointment scheduled for 6pm. Prior to 6 pm I drove around took my mother to early dinner to kill time. When I arrived they gaslit me and told me there was no appointment… even though I had a screenshot of when I set the appointment. Then she tells me 8pm… I ask for something sooner she tells me she’ll call me at 7 pm. I wait until 7pm, no call, I then attempt to wait until 8 pm & they tell me nothing can be done for the day. My mother was excited the entire day and devastated when she found out they wasted our time and opportunity to go elsewhere. They ruined my mother day gift to my mom. They gave our appointment away 3x for no reason. They were rude & wouldn’t accept any accountability. I believe from this terrible experience that they are discriminatory. I wouldn’t recommend any one to go to this massage parlor. The area is also very small/tight, no ventilation anywhere and the bathrooms were unclean. At the end, we found a massage parlor last minute that was extremely polite, welcoming, respectful & clean. “Best day ever spa” saved our Mother’s Day. I highly recommend going...

My daughter and I found Sunny Massage and have been four times now. They are the best! We book for the 30 minute chair massage, and it is truly amazing. Sometimes if the chairs are being used, they've had me lie down for the massage instead of being on the chair. That is truly an amazing experience too. You leave feeling like a new person. Just wear a loose top so they can access your neck easily, and put your hair up. I've had the 30 minute foot massage too, and it's also just extraordinary. Everyone is very friendly and kind. You can tell them if you want the massage softer or harder. I have found that I prefer to just let them do whatever they feel like I need, and I leave feeling amazing. Well i can only say that this establishment has incredible massage people! I travel much of the year east to west coast and frequently go for a massage. I have been here several times in the last 3 months and have had a different person almost every time and unlike most places every massage i have gotten here has been excellent, not one bad massage. Most places they have a couple of decent massage people but here it’s incredible no matter who does it, they work and i mean work the entire time and are constantly making sure all is good.
