Please just don't.
Please do not be fooled by the high rating like I was. Read the 1 star reviews before deciding to order from here.
Do not order the baked spaghetti; it is not baked spaghetti, it is microwaved spaghetti. I watched them microwave it and bring it to my table. The sad noodles sat in watery sauce, and the soulless gray meat tasted like cafeteria mystery meat. It came with a couple of cold, small, and wimpy breadsticks crudely wrapped in aluminum foil. I don't know why it is so hard to make good and fresh spaghetti especially when they charge $14.99 for it. The spaghetti isn't even worth $5. I ate it because I was hungry and it was late, but I should have just sent it back and asked for a refund.
Where are their morals? Where is their pride? How can anyone feel good about themselves when they take so much money from customers only to serve them cheap garbage in return? I think I am more disappointed in the principle of it than the actual food.
I feel scammed. They made a good profit margin off of me this one time, but just this once. I will never return to try anything else.
Also, seems like there is something strange going on with all the recent, too-perfectly-worded 5 star reviews they've been getting. If they really deserve so many 5 stars, logically the second most common rating they'd get is 4 stars; but notice that the second most common rating is 1 star. That is not a normal distribution for a place that is supposedly so good. Same on Yelp. I recommend paying attention to the 1 star reviews especially if you are ordering from them through a food-delivery platform.
The only positives I can say about this place is that it was decently clean and the service was adequate; however, cleanliness and adequate service do not make up for their unscrupulous ethics of overcharging people while serving slop.
I would never recommend this place to anyone, EVER. Please go elsewhere that is more deserving of your hard-earned money. Do not waste your time...
Read moreOrdered pizza for the 1st time here and since it had lightly snowed they said you could not get any of the advertised specials. So the 12" pizza was almost $14 plus delivery charge not 9.99. The guy on the phone wasn't pleasant or too happy to be working. Arrived in just over a hour which was what they said and the delivery driver couldn't do basic math when I gave him the money for change and a $4+ tip. Nice driver but he didnt speak English that well. So he left and I start eating from a small box he handed me which I figured was some complementary cheese bread or sauce and it was some chicken fingers. Then about 5 minutes later I get a knock on the door and the driver said he gave me the wrong order so luckily I hadn't opened or ate any of the other parties pizza yet. I did eat 2 of the 5 chicken fingers and I tried to explain that to him when I handed him that small box back but he didn't understand. He gave me my pizza and showed me another bill then wondered if I owed him additional money which I didn't. But he didn't understand math and english well like I said and he didn't know how to add the difference between the 2 bills but he ended up taking my word for it. Anyway ate my pizza then it was average and lukewarm by this time. I feel sorry for whoever got the half order of cold chicken fingers. My suggestions would be make sure your drivers are well trained to handle deliveries and don't advertise if you don't live up to your word for the quick buck. If the driver would have handed me a bill originally or if a bill was taped to the box this all would not happened. He did not give me anything except the food both times. I will stick to ordering at Jets, etc. from now on or the grocery store and make it hot at home in 1/3 the time. I've been to the new place across the street Sal's Pizza a couple times for slices and like the pizza quality and...
Read moreThis is one of the strangest reviews I've ever written because I have never eaten here, and for all I know the food and service is outstanding. However, I had to say something about one of their delivery drivers. This kid was driving incredibly hazardously in the rain, cutting off other cars, slamming on his brakes in front of them, recklessly swerving all over the road, driving down the middle of both lanes, passing people around solid striped lines, etc. I witnessed a truck honk at him after being cut off, so he moved over into the right lane and slowed down, but then as the truck tried to pass him he swerved toward them as if to hit them and then righted his car and sped off. (Picture was snapped right after he pretended to hit silver truck and then sped away.) I honked at him after he cut me off so he slammed on his brakes and got next to me and flipped me the bird. Pretty asinine behaviour, especially considering he's driving around with his employer's name and phone number plastered on top of his car for the world to see. I'm sure the pizza is great but he really set a bad first impression for me and everyone else on the road with him. Ironically, I just read a different review, 5 stars, claiming that they were impressed at how fast their delivery order arrived, so fast they wondered whether Sicilian Pizza owned racecars. Apparently their delivery order arrived so fast because their driver left a trail of havoc and road rage in his path to get there in record time. Also, I couldn't help but notice on these Google reviews that the owner gives out a 10% discount for life to anyone who gives a five star review, but never bothers to reply to or address any concerns of others. I'm getting the impression that this is a pretty tactless operation starting from the owner all the way down the line to the drivers, regardless of the quality...
