Update: 5/4/24
Years after my last review and...this will continue to be the SLOWEST Starbucks I've ever visited--and I've visited at least 5 locations outside the U.S.
I dont know what it is...they have a bunch of workers there, but it doesn't make a difference. Very chatty-with each other, mind you. Anyway, I go to the Nolensville location 95% of the time even though it's out of my way. They are the most "typical" Starbucks in terms of efficiency, customer service, etc.
Corporate, this location needs help!
I've lived in this area for about 2 years and I would give them 3 stars for effort, but that can not make up for the customer service. Don't get me wrong--they are nice!!! But this location has to be the SLOWEST paced Starbucks in the world. Literally. Because--Ive been to Starbucks across the country and internationally? and I have never experienced consistently slow service as much as this location.
So first, I feel as though there has been a "changing of the guard" at LEAST 4 times in 2 years. Managers and baristas. I dont know what the problem is....even with the changes it's still SLOW! So I've opted to go out of my way to the location on Nolensville. It's out of the way, but they are a "normal" paced Starbucks. Friendly batistas and quick.
Today's experience just affirmed that this location will never change. Two of us standing there and all 5 baristas making orders but none of them are ours...I wait at least 5 minutes before someone takes my order. Like I said before, this is an atypical Starbucks. I dont get it.
What I can say for certain after 2 years is---this will probably never change. If you have time and like to wait around, this Starbucks is for you. If you are in a hurry OR if you just don't like hanging out for awhile, go to another location. This place is for the...

I order the same drink everyday sometimes twice and pay $20 for UberEats for 1 coffee, and I don't have a problem with it as long as my coffee is correct. Today I had to bring my coffee back and it took a couple trips to the store to get it correctly but this isn't the problem, I don't mind it at all. However, they told me that "I was wasting white chocolate" and that "they make it correctly every time". I promise, I wouldn't waste yours or my time... I genuinely just want my coffee made correctly and not be called a liar. Customer service has refunded me but I hope I can still count on this store to...
Read moreI have been coming to the store for years and their service ever since the manger changed sites a few years ago has gone completely to the worst.. they use to be in top of everything, but I have stood and watched them take order after order and never finish mine or others in front of me before finishing new orders, no matter how complicated. They come out and hug customers and forget the order they started and leave it in the counter behind them and then start the order. They ask if you have a mobile order and then go on to the customer in line, never asking your name and then after standing there for 15 minutes, come back and ask your name only to realize they never finished or started your order or even began and finished other orders that came in after you.
