I recently had an unfortunate experience at this apartment complex, primarily due to the unprofessional conduct of Manager Victoria Lewis and Leasing Professional Naomi Garcia. From the moment I entered the leasing office, I was met with unwelcoming stares, making me feel as though my presence was an inconvenience.
Contacting the office, whether by phone or in person, was consistently unpleasant. On one occasion, I called with a simple question, and Victoria responded with irritation, as if I were bothering her. Hoping for better assistance, I visited the office in person. However, Victoria bluntly stated, “I’ll do it when I have time,” and then walked away without further acknowledgment. Such dismissive behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. This had happened any time I talk to this management. Asking a simple question is like throwing rock to her face.
Naomi Garcia was equally unhelpful. Simple inquiries were met with visible irritation, making it clear that tenant concerns were not a priority. Tasks that should have been resolved promptly were unnecessarily delayed, often taking weeks to address. Whoever appointed these two individuals to their positions is likely losing customers and revenue due to their conduct. Each visit to the office felt like an imposition, as they seemed unwilling to assist with even the most basic questions. It’s important to remember that customer service roles require professionalism and respect.
These two ladies don’t wanna work fur sure. Girlll! You don’t work for free!!, someone pays you take give their customer the best service you can not the bad attitude!!!
Due to this consistent lack of professionalism and poor customer service, I made the decision to terminate my lease early. It’s disheartening to see such disregard for tenant satisfaction. I would caution potential renters to consider these factors when choosing a...
Read moreI recently moved into The Crossings and couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I started looking into this community, the experience has been outstanding. What really sets The Crossings apart is their exceptional staff. Everyone I've encountered has been incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to help residents. I want to give special recognition to Naomi Garcia, who guided me through the entire application process. Naomi was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. She answered all my questions promptly, kept me updated at every step, and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless. Her dedication to excellent customer service really made a difference in my experience. The apartment itself is wonderful, and the community feels welcoming and well-maintained. The staff's commitment to creating a positive living environment is evident in every interaction. I highly recommend The Crossings to anyone looking for a new home. The combination of great facilities and truly exceptional staff, especially team members like Naomi, makes this...
Read moreWhen touring the property, I was impressed and signed a lease with this complex. Upon move-in, the halls were filled with trash, and the dishwasher didn't work. We also experienced AC issues (common for a new building) during the stay. The property wasn't very well kept, and they pick and choose when to enforce the regulations. For example, they charge for a trash can being left out when the garbage pick-up is not consistent. They allow dogs to run off-leash, and there are no repercussions. The rules are only enforced when they feel like it no matter the circumstances.
It seemed like after the 5th break in they decided to then get security for the buildings. I would not recommend staying here.
You are told you will get the deposit back but what they don't clarify is they will close your tentant portal before you can pay your bill and then take the money from your security deposit and allocate it to the remaining balances. I feel like that should be clarified if you are willing to pay out of pocket and get the full...
