Eduardo, the owner, sold us a very high end fridge ($11,000) and offered a one-year warranty. His team delivered the refrigerator on time as planned and dented the back of it when taking it off the truck. I called Eduardo and he answered immediately, and told me not to worry about it, that it was purely cosmetic, and would not affect performance. Unfortunately, there have been some issues with the refrigerator, but Eduardo has been very responsive and sent repair technicians to my house four times attempting to fix the problem where the refrigerator does not defrost, and subsequently loses cooling in the freezer and stops making ice. The most recent attempt involved replacing a computer component and now the touchscreen controls will not turn on. The last touch point was scheduled for Tuesday, November 26. Although I have not yet heard back from him on what the solution is, he has been very courteous up to this point and I’m sure he will resolve it soon. I will be sure to post an update with the conclusion.

If they can change their minds about righting their wrongs, I will consider taking this down, but I doubt they'll do anything. Great machines and good prices. The deliverer that Rosemary arranged who was supposed to haul away, drop off and install wrecked our new LVP flooring on our staircase. He should have just told us that he needed more help and would need to return but instead he did the job anyways and chipped several stairs and chipped the walls. He came back later to try to "fix" it but made the damage look worse. We called Rosemary the sales woman who arranged everything but first she blamed us for having a heavy machine and water dripping from it (we had plumbing issues with the old machine). Then she blamed the handyman (Marco) for being new and not knowing that he would do that. I must have asked the associate, Rosemary, a hundred questions as I was price checking and she was so professional, informative and soooo timely. Needless to say, I purchased a washer, went in to the store , made purchase, met Rosemary in person and she was so very nice. She made my purchasing experience so seamless, and keep in mind I was so distressed to make a purchase as my machine experienced an overflow the night before!! I was so relieved that I accomplished the purchase in one day, same day. And guess what? Delivery was that same day!
