In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in National City

The person who took the order in the drive through messed up all of the orders (5 orders in separate individual boxes), we had to make the changes AGAIN when we went to pay and they STILL messed up the order, not only that, the woman handing out the food named Michelle was busy talking with someone else handing the food to my dad and everything was mixed up, my dad kept trying to explain and she kept saying "I know, I know we will fix that" and she had absolutely no idea what she was doing and she would keep getting distracted, then my dad and everyone in the car was impatient at that point because we were trying to be patient and nice about it and my dad asked her to please listen and she kept saying she knew yet she forgot a fries, burger, not only that the food she was giving us was COLD, so cold that the fries (animal fries)

That place no.matter how packed they get, and no.matter how long the line is of cars? Its always kept clean and the staff are always friendly and respectfull acting in a proffesional.manner and the food is consistantly fresh, hot, and good and the drinks are always cold and refreshing. Sure they must follow what the law says as far as covert 19 is concerned but they are not overly rediculous about it, and just like everyone of us are trying to do? They are just trying to make ends meet and get by one day at a time themselves. I commend them for doing such a great job and for keeping everything the way we would expect it to be for ourselves as well as for our familys. So personally i thank you in and out burger off the 5 freeway at the mile of cars exit god bless you and all your familys, people with the economy dont have the same options for getting out and having entertainment in some form since the economic loss due to the covert 19 pandemic, they may not realize it in its entirety but they may be the only thing or just one ofbthe only things people can count on to enjoy so stop on by and show your support and have a great mealbtell them johnny mustang sent you, you will be glad...

Unfortunately this is the smallest and in and out I've ever been to. I'm not sure of the other locations here in San Diego The location in Placerville is vest for all the skiing and hiking and biking people coming down from lake Tahoe. The Placerville location I usually would do the drive-thru and the line would be super long but service was always spot on. I remember always having a really crisp bun and the sauce used to seem thicker. I don't know. When I used to live in Napa California I would stop through the one on 101. Can't remember the name of the town but it was north of the Golden gate like 15 mi and then I would head my east direction to get to Napa. I would already have small breakfast lunch and this as like a afternoon sack and sometimes dinner. My girth was near 290 lb back then. So anyway my life has changed disability head concussion now my weight's not as good and the food just doesn't appeal to me like it used to. It could be just me but because I remember having it when I lived in Orange County area and work there and it always was a treat. I would get it on my courier route.
