They have everything you need if you are a ceramic artist/potter or they can order it for you and have it shipped to their store. It saves you on shipping for some very large items that would cost a ton if it was ordered by internet and shipped to your house. I am a regular and have been going for years. Yes they supply all the schools and colleges in the area and during the beginnings of semesters and mid semester they are CRAZY busy. This is a small family business, in a big warehouse environment and have four people there. You have to get their attention and be PATIENT. They are a big warehouse supplier and have a tiny, small retail area. It is worth the wait they are all VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. First off the lady helping us at the counter was unfriendly when we asked her about getting our ceramics fired. They never once called or texted like they said they would when our firing was done we had to call multiple times because they never answer. Once I got my ceramics back a piece of mine was ruined.
