I spoke with Taylor, sales associate, at Terri's Florist in Naugatuck yesterday to send a couple of Valentine's gifts to friends. I called same day and each recipient was thrilled with the gift. One gift included flowers, plus a Gund bear and a box of truffles. The other gift was an arrangement of flowers along with a box of chocolates. I very much appreciated the professionalism, and Taylor had sent photos of the various stuffed animals so I could make a selection. The deliveries were made within 3 hours and everyone was so happy! Thank you Terri's florist for always coming through for special events! My thanks! In these pandemic times, we always choose to work with local florists since their business has been affected by this pandemic and Terri's Florist deserves your business!

My family & i have ordered through this beautiful flower shop for multiple years. Every single piece was amazing & they customize it to the price that is suitable for your needs. Even as far as customizing the vase for my grandmother who cannot lift heavy objects. Every single staff member is polite & kind. The delivery driver is fantastic! I have never found a better flower shop!! Let’s keep this business alive! BEST IN TOWN BEST IN CT BEST IN NEW ENGLAND UPDATE: STILL THE BEST!!!!! The nicest people in the whole store! They showed me exactly how to place the boutonniere on the vest for a family members prom! P.s. they have the cutest stuff to go buy for your home! GORGEOUS WOODEN BOWLS!

We send my Mom weekly flowers through Terri’s. Have been for quite some time now. They have always done a wonderful job. This Christmas, there was a snafu in the family, and my Mom was going to go through Christmas without a Christmas tree. My Mom LOVES Christmas. I callled Terri’s with an outlandish request. “Can you deliver my Mom a decorated Christmas Tree?” It happened, and was delivered and exceeded our expectations with such a late request. We can not thank the Elves at Terri’s enough to do Santa proud. Our hearts are full. ❤️🙏🏼🎄🎄🎅

We called this shop 30 mins before they closed the day before Mother's Day (what I can only assume is one of the busiest days of the year for flower ordering). We were not optimistic that it was possible to get flowers in time but were pleasantly surprised when they made it happen! The person who helped us on the phone took down some of the flowers we were interested in adding as well as the budget we had in mind and was very helpful and professional. They are delivering it same day to another town! Highly recommend anyone to give this shop a try and we will definitely be...
