My GE washing machine went out for the 5th time in a 4 year period and Home Depot decided to terminate my warranty and didnt want to come back out to fix it. I knew when I was ready to get a new washing machine I wanted to get a Speed Queen. SO I called Turne, Pierce & Fultz and spoke with Joe Fultz. I told him what I was looking for, what I wanted and what I was expecting out of my washing machine. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and gave me all the information I needed and answered every single one of my questions. I decided to go up there and take a look at their options and again, Joe Fultz showed me all of their Speed Queen options. I didnt feel like he was trying to upsell me or persuade me into buying the most expensive set. I picked out the one I wanted and decided to go ahead and get the matching dryer. As he was checking me out I changed my mind and wanted to go back and take another look at the black set and he not once got annoyed. In the end I decided to get the nicer set! He did advise me they did not have any in stock and I had to wait for them to be delivered to him. Once they got them in store someone called me to set a time to come out. The delivery guy, also named Joe came and delivered the set, installed them, changed which side the door was on on my dryer, told me the dos and donts and made everything super easy for me. Read moreThis place is awesome! Their motto is "We have everything". I haven't discovered anything that they don't sell. That doesn't mean that they have exactly what you want. I needed a watch. They do have watches, but it wasn't what I was looking for. They have recliners, but not the style that I wanted. Many times we have gone in not knowing if we could find what we were looking for. All we have to do is ask someone. Carlos and Russell have been particularly helpful in problem-solving. Russell helped us with plumbing issues and Carlos with building issues (and a stopped up kitchen sink!). I highly recommend this store and these people! Great job! Great...
Read more2 years ago we purchased 2 tv antennae’s and an amplifier. We spent over $600 for this with installation. We get 2-3 channels. We called and complained and went into the store. Joe King said he would be out 3 times and never showed.He said he was talking to the manufacturer and would get back to us. Never heard a thing. We had better reception from a $100 window antenna from Lowe’s.
