I've used gessner multiple times and had a good experience thus far. Unfortunately I called them Thursday to schedule a quote for a new unit because mine went down. I was told I would be getting a call back by the end of the day but definitely no later than today. It's almost 4 p.m. on friday And I called and spoke with the same receptionist she said the coordinator has been busy with a install for the past two days. The contract included 16 specific cleaning and inspection items as well as filter replacement. The tech was in and out in 20 minutes. He carried what looked like a cleaner spray bottle, no tools. Not sure how he completed 16 checks on two systems in 20 minutes. Also did not replace filters. Said he would be back in a couple days to replace but it's been 10 days and counting and no filters. They came the following Monday and replaced the entire unit in one day. The next day my parents realized their doorbell no longer worked.
