After being rudely dismissed by another florist in Nebraska City, I placed my order with First Class Flowers. Being able to order through their website was a breeze!! Not to mention all the arrangements are priced for people that are on budgets! Outstanding value!! I had to place my order in Indiana for delivery in Nebraska City and they definitely came through!! I would not recommend purchasing flowers from here. We ordered online and did not receive the same bouquet that was in the picture. Owner wasn’t very nice about it when I called. If the prices online are wrong then fix them. If the pictures are wrong then fix them. I paid for 5 roses and beautiful small flowers. I got 2 roses and bunch of carnations. This is not what I ordered. She gave a bunch more excuses. My parents loved the flowers that I purchased but still it wasn’t what I ordered. I think they gave me a lower cost bouquet. Typical husband....typical me. I waited till the last minute-well, last 105 minutes-to order flowers. Called First Class directly, told them my predicament, admitted my failure, and asked if they could help. Not only did First Class help, they exceeded all expectations.
