The UPS Store — Local services in Nederland

The employees here are not competent. I ordered a package on Amazon and had it delivered here then I was sent separate notifications by Amazon and UPS that the package was ready for pickup. Today is 8/15/2025 about 3:00-3:30pm. When I arrived to pick it up the employee helping me said they didn’t have it and didn’t know where it was at. A male employee. As I was waiting for the guy to try to find it the other three female employees in the store were on a phone on social media or something like that gossiping about some guy that was a cheater. I was hearing everything. Me seeing that while the guy was helping me explains why my package was lost. I was upset because I was leaving out of town and I was going to have to leave without my package. They told me to leave my name and number and that they would call me if the package was delivered again later that day. When supposedly it was already delivered. As I started to walk out the door of the store they called me and told me they found the package. That was unnecessary stress and frustration they put on me. I’m filing a complaint with...

Just came in today, friendly faces and great service as usual! Everyone’s always so nice, but Chandlers a bit over the top per usual lol. Ashley’s a goof ball but shes always kind to everyone whose kind to her. It’s nice to see Kelsey every now and then but shes generally in the back most of the time for some reason. But at least she’s in the building unlike Magali, seems like she don’t even work there anymore. Terrible service! I was trying to send a package to mexico, they had me waiting because it looked like they didn’t know what they were doing, asking each other how to send a package out of the country, they charged me $91 for a small package and after almost 2 weeks I get a phone call from the store to tell me that my package wasn’t delivered I asked for a reason and they couldn’t even give me an explanation I went to the store to get a better explanation but the manager couldn’t even tell me why my package was returned she didn’t even try to help to re-send the package and of course she said I couldn’t get a refund, seriously...
