Game X Change — Local services in Nederland

Good selection of everything you could possibly want. Went in on 4-3-18 between 12 and 2 sometime to buy a PlayStation 4 for my fiancé and when I tried to talk to the sales staff they were completely rude and put out. I walked in and commented on how excited I was that we had a local store here now and the guy sitting behind the counter just put down his iPad and walked into a room and closed the door behind him without saying a word, in fact he just grunted at me. The girl just barley spoke when I asked questions about other products. I was so offended that I just left and took my business elsewhere. May want to invest some time in customer service training because y’all have lost a customer. This was my first experience with the local store and is more than likely my last. Didn’t think it could get worse than GameStop but I was very wrong. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for the good selection...

This place sucks, while it has a very nice selection of older games and accessories. They fail to test any of it and they do NOT offer a cash refund, only in store credit. So when you find your favorite old school game you get home pop it in and it doesn't work, you cant get your money back all you can get is in store credit for some more stuff that doesnt work. I had to go back 4 different times to find a working headset. Would be a great store if they had products that actually work or at least give me back my hard earned money instead of more stuff that doesnt work!! Edit : Went back today 8/1/18 and got an exchanged game only to come home and surprise surprise it doesnt work either. Ima spend what i paid for the game in gas by the time i find one that i like...

Do not buy from here. I've never done a google review on a place until now. I purchased a console that was promised to come with a hard drive for 64.99. The associate told me that consoles come with the hard drives starting at that price range and without them at 54.99. I brought the console home and the power adapter was for a 360 E; not a Slim model. I brought the console back in the next day and there was no apology or solution to the problem. Only, "Oh.. yeah he's new... he doesn't know what he was talking about". Oh so a $70 mistake is on me? Because the associate "didn't know what he was talking about?". The associate also told me I could return anything in 90 days from the day of purchase. Nope. Only a return for a store credit. Worst...
