I have been going here for years and have had nothing but the best customer service, great selections, aromatic atmosphere and awesome raffles (and trust me it just takes one ticket to win something). Raul goes out of his way to make the customer happy at all cost no matter the amount of questions or time him or any of his outstanding employees spend helping you always leave with a smile on your face. Kate helped me the other day and she was the sweetest, friendliest and straight to the point person to help me with what I was looking for and she didn't make me feel rushed into making the wrong choice on the products she was explaining the difference on them to me. The one thing I like the most is that Kate asked me to leave a review and that was the fist time I have ever been asked that and it was a great idea and way to make sure we help support our local businesses no matter what they sell they are who makes our town grow to be the place we are now even with the pandemic going on right now that is the most important thing because without them we have nothing to shop for in person and forced to shop online instead. To whom it may concern: today I went into smoke n more and I have to say; what an experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by employee of the month Christian. He greeted me as if we’d been friends for some time. After the warm welcome, he asked if I needed any help or if I was looking for anything particular. I must’ve asked about almost every piece and every piece he took the time to explain and show me in greater detail. The actual store itself is well lit, clean, and organized for each tailored interest. Then I met Rahul. He didn’t say much, but he didn’t have to. You can definitely tell this is a man of few words, but when he did speak he was very helpful, funny, and polite. I was looking at some cbd honey sticks but was too apprehensive to make a purchase, and he let me try one at their expense.

Management is poor. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY OLD REVIEWS!!!!!! The staff/workers are rude and have no knowledge of things involving smoking/420 activities. I was sold a bad leaf. I notified the worker to check the leaf they did not, and it could have been avoided if I was able to pick my own, the workers don’t even check the leaf themselves before sale to see if it’s even amicable. Even tried to have a conversation with a worker to come to a higher ground but he rudely dismissed me. Highly do not recommend this store I see why there are never any customers, should get new management or close down shop....
