I'm a poor person and I have to struggle for anything I manage to purchase,,, I have bought three items from harbor freight through out the years and each item was 65 dollars or more and each item I used just once and they broke and harbor freight does not honor there products in any way whatsoever,, how am I suppose to feel when I have to skip meals to buy things that don't work but one time,,200 dollars worth of stuff I actually need for my life so I can survive a little bit easier that 3 months of hard work and skipping meals,,, thanks a lot harbor freight for taking my money for your non working products and making me go hungry for nothing,, you must be in with the democratic government taking from Americans and giving to illegals,,,, I will never even go into a harbor freight store ever again and I will do everything I can to convince people not to purchase from harbor freight also I will never stop until the day I die ,,,, I hope you...

I had positive experiences until recently, when a Franklin 600lb appliance dolly experienced a catastrophic failure after the 90 day warranty period. The stitching on the lower strap tore out while I was hauling a dryer, causing the appliance to fall to the ground and sustain damage. No injuries. It could have been a lot worse.

I took it back to the store, hoping that the dangerous nature of the failure would be received with understanding by management. But the woman I spoke with was unhelpful and only kept repeating, "If it's past 90 days and you didn't buy the extended coverage plan, there's nothing we can do."

I called corporate, who connected me with a good customer service representative, who told me the store manager should have taken an incident report. The phone representative was professional and helpful. They took all my information and forwarded the claim for...

As a hobbyist the savings overwhelm any legitimate concerns about quality. I have plenty of tools from Harbor Freight I use regularly without issues. lathe, rollers, casters, clamps, you name it. If I ever encounter a dud product at this point it's paid for in savings so far. That's worth a thank you. I just picked up a tap and die set to fix a 3d printer and got a swinging discount.
