Stephanie is the absolute worst. After spending over three hours in the store trying to receive new service the phone still did not work. I really don't care that she spend her OWN money buying a SIM card for my dad's phone. He spent almost 400.00, zero cell service for over 48 hours, but could text via wif, and the alleged new phone already had pictures downloaded. Today my dad went back to the store. Read moreThis store is HORRIBLE! Waited 2 hours for them to attempt to activate a phone. They couldn't figure out what was going on so we asked to be refunded. They convinced us to try a different phone. We let them ( huge mistake) I get all the way home (20 mins away) and the phone doesn't work!!!! We take it back,and they refused to refund at first. Didnt get my full refund,so now we are out 100 bucks. They even had the phone I wanted in the first place,but refused to tell us that until after we got our refund.
