This place is by far the worst place you could do business with! I am beyond disgusted with the way I have been treated the entire two weeks of my transaction. After coming into the store I was told I had to wait to for my order cause no store had it it was in warehouse I’m reasonable that’s fine. I wait seven days an call the see if there would be a delievery date, but I couldn’t get threw just busy signal and like most people I work so I forgot now Thursday after work I remember I try to call again I have in my call log call at one point called 35 times not once did the phone ring. Then sat rolls around I try again in the 17th time I get a ring as about my order and get put on hold for a hour! So naturally I hang up and try to call again and it was busy for the rest of the day. In the mean time not that it matters my son who I bought the bed for has had to go to the ER spend all day getting test done and come home to his small first bed (mind you he’s six) after we finally got him excited about his new bed because he has a hard time dealing with change and it still nvr comes! I facebooked the company thinking mabey that that will get me some where. NOPE! Explain I can’t get threw and nothing call another location and nothing. Finally this sat moring after a whole other week goes by and getting a call Friday rain storm saying I can’t pick up my order (that I had scheduled for delivery) because they are closing due to rain. Now I’m fumming mad because not only did they not even bother to call my phone the person who bought it they called my bf an emergency number for dropp off. So afternoon I try to call and as normal busy, but to my surprise after the 12th call I get someone on the phone an I as to speak to a manager I get hung up on. Now I’m really mad. Call back I get the manager who tells me I’m a Threatening manner she has been waiting for me mind you I’ve never spoken to this lady day in my life. So I try to explain what’s going on she proceeds to cut me off so I decided I’ve had enough I’m just gonna go down to the store. She says yup and I’ll be here now I’m raging mad. I go in she comes up front and tells me oh you’re here for your refund I said no I’m here to find out where my Purchase is! I’ve already paid and waited I want what I paid for she tells me she doesn’t want my business and I said you know what that’s fine by me because you don’t know how to run one anyways. She asked me for my receipt I handed to her then she has the audacity to throw the receipt back at me. Now for the most part I’m generally nice very understanding of customer service people I’ve always worked in customer service I understand it’s a hard job I get it she was the older lady tried to be respectful but until I went off on her face respect was not given and that’s not how business is conducted. I asked her for her general manager she told me she was the general manager yet I find that hard to believe. She sent me out to my car to get my debit card and I told her if I came back into the store and she had the same attitude I had no problem dragging her across the counter just because she was older didn’t mean I wouldn’t do it. I had never met this lady had never been spoken to by a manager but Once lied to said I would be called back and still couldn’t be told if they even had the item I paid in full for. The woman nvr even let me get a word out. WARNINGDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.. ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE.. THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I PURCHASED A $600 MATTRESS ON LAYAWAY AND WAS CALLED TWICE LETTING ME KNOW WHEN IT CAME IN AND A SECOND TIME AS A REMINDER THAT IT WAS THERE IN THE STORE THAT I COULD PICK IT UP ANYTIME. I TOLD THE GIRL I WOULD BE PICKING UP THE MATTRESS THAT FRIDAY. SO I GO TO THE STORE WITH A UHAUL TO PICK THE MATRESS UP THE SALES PEOPLE AND GENTLEMAN WE VERY NICE AND POLITE AND EXPLAINED TO ME THE MATTESS WAS NOT THERE AND THAT IT WAS NEVER RENT FROM THE WAREHOUSE.. SO THE GIRL GOES OVER TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID JUST COME BACK TOMORROW. I TOLD HER THAT I RENTED A UHAUL FOR TODAY BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME TO PICK UP THE MATTRESS ANYTIME.. AND IF THEY COULD ATLEAST DELIVER IT FOR FREE BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIENCE. THEN ALL OF SUDDEN THE MANAGER AND HER FRIEND YELL ACROSS THE STORE SAYING " GIVE HER A REFUND YOU AINT GETTING ST FOR FREE" CALLING ME A LIAR AND THAT NO ONE CALLED ME .I HAD A RECORDING OF THE PHONE MESSAGE AND CALL LOGS WHERE THEY CALLED ME 4 DAYS EARLIER . I COULDNT BELIEVE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THAT WAS. AT FIRST WE DIDNT EVEN KNOW IT WAS THE MANAGER BECAUSE THEY WE SITTING ON THE COUCH IN THE BACK HANGING OUT LIKE THEY LIVED THERE SWEARING AND TALKING ABOUT HOW" HER MAN LEFT HER FOR THAT OTHER B**CH" AGAIN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SO APPARENTLY THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS OR LOSING MONEY AND ITS SAD BECAUSE I'VE BEEN SHOPPING HERE FOR YEARS AND SO HAVE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO I WILL BE SHARING MY STORY WITH AND I'M SURE ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WALKED OUT OF THE STORE...

This place sucks! So unprofessional the delivery people are so unprofessional other than smelling like weed when they got to our home they spent 10min trying to get a small 2 cushion LOVE SEAT to a second floor tried once said "they dont fit moving on, we have other deliveries to make we cant fit this go to the store get your money back im not coming back here" did not give us any option. Took them and left without informing us. Kevin and the other spanish looking boy. They told us at the store 55 dollars for delivery when they got to the house they wanted 60. They told us our delivery was on a friday we ask for the day off at work waited all friday called them the girl says "they will call when they are on their way" and hung up without conforming the order without asking us who were we so she could check the status of the delivery.
