Magic Kitchen — Restaurant in New Bedford

Couple days ago I went there with my son for lunch. The coffee is amazing it isn't watered down and above all they make homemade french fries which aren't soggy and greasy! The owner who also is the cook comes out and talks with the customers when he has a moment and has a very outgoing personable personality. The side salad comes with mangoes on it and you don't even need dressing when you eat it which is the first for us. If you're looking for a good food and a small cozy comfortable atmosphere with very affordable prices for a sit-down meal this is the place to go. I read that there was a review that there wasn't good portions and I find that to be the complete opposite and also the price range was definitely opposite of what I saw in the review and I had lunch. Breakfast is always cheaper than lunch. I look forward to trying their Chicken and Waffles which is reasonably priced at $12 just saying! Despite the ordinary sounding name, the cuisine here is a unique blend of Cape Verdean/American breakfast/brunch fusion. Got that? Lol!
