This place is a legit hidden gem 💎 well for me anyways , we eat a lot of pizza 🍕 and I tried a lot of the pizza in New Bedford in my 35 years of living and I must say this is the best in my opinion, the pizza is always cooked perfectly!!! The first time I ordered, I was upset because I saw a deal that if you spend $35 or more you can get a free pizza and my Total was like $39.77 or something, I paid and then called the store to make sure they got my order like I always do after completing an online order ( I just like to make sure it went through) and to my surprise ,they said because the total was before delivery, and tax, the food didn’t make it to $35 I couldn’t get the free pizza 🤔 I was legit .70 cents off and I asked the girl who answered the phone if I could just add a blue cheese just to make it the $35 and she said , of course, so I said actually let me get 2 blue cheese and a soda, so she took payment and thennnn said let me just make sure “he will do it” I said ok , thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal and let’s just say , the guy who she asked , legit said NO !! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, so I said are you kidding , can I speak to him, and he got on the phone and he was so stern about not giving me the pizza, now spending almost $50 with the added stuff, I told him I rather have a refund and I am driving to the store, he told me I would have to wait 30 days either way 🤔 I drove down there and demanded my money with no luck , and then after 10 minutes another man stepped in and handled it very well and gave me the my order , the free pizza, and a free soda , as he said but after I realized the soda was paid for so really he just gave me what was supposed to be given anddd I tipped the delivery driver because why should he loose out , he was greatly appreciated

The promotion needs to be more clear on the website and needs to say spend $35 before taxes and delivery is calculated for free pizza , but after that incident, I never had a issue with them , they have been really nice since that situation , and it don’t take away from the BANGING PIZZA they have , but losing a $50 order over .70 is crazy so I would say just be more understanding that’s all!!!!! Either people doing fake stars or just lost taste buds from smoking too much but this food is horrible. I wasted $40 and tried this spot. Got a pizza, 2 baked ziti with meatballs, and cheesy bread. Im lost for words how gross it was. Like I dont think the cooks would eat there own food. How can you serve this. The baked ziti tasted indescribable. I was sick. Way too much was supposed to be cheese in what supposed to be sauce. Meatballs??? I just don't know what the taste was. The pizza has a metallic taste. Whether the oven needs to cleaned or the canned tomato sauce cooked down, but it shouldn't taste like that. All in all I went to sleep hungry cause it was later when I ordered. First time ordering from here and probably the last. First, the girl on the phone was very nice and helpful. She gets an "A". Delivery was almost a hour. That gets a "D". Delivery guy was cool! He gets a "B+”. The food! WOW! Not hot, soggy fries, warm seafood salad, turkey club made with packaged meat. I could of made the same sandwich at home but better. The small pizza had good cheese, crust was okay but the sauce was plain, no flavor. Italian sub could of been better. Meat was just shoved into the bottom of the bread, toppings on top. So you got a bite of veggies no meat then meat with no veggies. The meat to bread ratio was bad. Instead of being WOWED I was very disappointed....
