Purchased Dec 23rd, and they said our exchange date deadline was DEC 28th!!! with the holidays are you kidding?? bought a gift for Christmas for my amazing mom and were told we couldn’t even exchange for a different size. They didn’t even want to touch the pants with all the tags in tact. Ridiculous, their policy is made to be difficult. We were NEVER TOLD what we were signing, they said sign here please for payment, and then when we tried to return it they said the whole policy was given to us. my husband was there and he agreed they never said a thing about the policy they were rushing us to sign. A blonde girl who worked there was very rude when we asked to speak to a manager and said i can’t do anything bc the owner would fire me, im so sorry i wish i could. then she said the owner changed from December to January? It was only the brunette lady working that offered to call the manager, which was weird bc the blonde said there’s no one else you can talk to…My mom ended up leaving the pants there bc they obviously need the money. Left our number for them to call, they called let it ring once and when i answered they hung...

This is Simply one of the best boutiques in New Braunfels/Gruene TX!! I can never walk out of SD without feeling happy and confident. I've been shopping at Simply for a good 6 years, maybe even 7.
