Wagner's Home Center — Local services in New Brighton

We had them install a new front door and storm door for us back in June. Part of the work we were quoted was to also install a new window above the doorway. It’s been almost 6 months and I still don’t have my window. I’ve spoken with someone numerous times who’s told me they deal with a small local supplier who’s very backed up, which I originally was sympathetic to, but we’re going on 6 months now without the work being completed. That’s completely ridiculous. Every time I call, nobody ever answers the phone either. I hate to put a local, family-owned company on blast like this, but this is no way to do business, especially when I have already paid them in full nearly $3,000 for the work that hasn’t been completed as quoted. I’ve had these Windows in our house for over 5 years now. I also have Windows from another supplier and have purchased another national brand. The windows from Wagner’s are by far the lowest quality and coldest windows in my house even though they are the newest. For some reason they do not seal the corners of the frame and cold air comes through the openings. When its really cold I can actually see light come through the corner frame joints.
