TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If I could give negative stars, I would.

Nowhere on the website does it say the person picking up online orders needs to be on some hidden list. I only found out after calling the store and speaking with a rude manager who refused to help and told me to "Google" the customer service number. She eventually gave it to me, knowing no one would answer on a Sunday—when I needed the shoes picked up.

When I asked if she was the manager, she replied with an attitude: "I am the manager, now would you like to restart this conversation?"

I also emailed and messaged the company with no response. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers. I will NEVER purchase...

The manager (I believe her name was Jewell) is ignorant she changed the price on shoes that were marked %25 percent at the register. I asked her why did she change the price she told me because prices go up. I told her it’s state law that you have to sell it what it is priced at. She had an attitude and said “I’m not going to argue with you, that was our summer price now it’s our fall price.” Mind you this Ugg shoe had been sitting there all day marked down now when I pick up a pair of them up they magically get the “fall price” on 08/05/2024. This was the most unprofessional clothing store I ever experienced. The clothes were priced higher in their computer than the sign said they wouldn’t honor the sign. 2 workers were arguing with each other and the other guy on register was on the phone taking forever to ring people out.
