they lack integrity and customer service, they will accept money from you and get rid of your merchandise while you are actively paying on it, and won’t even offer the customer a solution. & what makes it worse is they will not refund your money, they’re greedy. better off taking that trip to NY or supporting a business that actually appreciates their customers and doesn’t take advantage of them.

UPDATE: i am unable to reply to your comment, so i will update this review. I see they are saying I didn’t have payment, which is not true. Fantastic jewelry is not an honest company, I offered to pay the remaining balance in full, and Fantastic Jewelry told me there was nothing they can do and Fantastic jewelry got rid of the merchandise. This company is dishonest, and I feel taken advantage of. I practically begged for them to allow me to make the remaining payment in full or for another solution, and they continued to refuse and told me the merchandise is gone. This is unfortunate because I have purchased jewelry from them in the past. very sad that this company gets on google reviews and isn’t being truthful about the whole conversation/interaction. As you can see previous customers had an issue in the past 2 months.

My wif3 and I have spent over 20K with these people, the last thing we put on layaway, at the time we had a couple of items on layaway, and when we picked up the most expensive things, it was all good, at the time that my wife went to pick up some bracelet charms, they told her that they had put it back and are not giving her the money back. I am writing this review, as We wait for the police to come to the jewelry store and try to make some sense out of this.. they are taking advantage of customers who spend their hard earned money with them. I bought a ring and a chain from this place which cost me a total of $600.00.
